I expected more from the spa area. Very small and crowded, only 3 saunas and not enough deckchairs for visitors. Also the opening hours for the spa aren't guest friendly.

The food was really excellent, everything was sooo good! The staff was really nice, the rooms were clean and looked good (too bad that the bathroom is so small)

Some staff was really kind and helpful, but I was not satisfied with the reception for example. A lot of times it was empty for minutes. When I called the hotel before our arriving for an information, the receptionist seemed to be bored. We always had to say hello in advance when we passed the reception, it was kind of interesting and astonishing. On Friday the dinner was not very varied (maybe because low occupation), the fruits were never replaced and the amount was not enough for that number of people. Just an advice to give an opportunity for hot drinks too for dinner (only cold water is available for free), hot water and tea filter would be enough. My kids were coughting at the first night so next day I asked for tea and that was 700 HUF which is interesting, not because of its price but I did not asked it to be rude just to avoid the illness and the waiter looked and talked with me like I am asking for something stupid. The pools surrounding was dirty a little bit (especially in the corners and under the stairs). Small things, I was satisfied with the hotel and the staff in overall.

Great location, beautiful view from the wellness and from the room's terrace (room with lake view). We were in a family room and we were surprised that in both of the rooms were television and a separated terrace with table and chairs, our kids really loved it. The room was quite big, the beds were comfortable. Bu The pools and the wellness were almost empty in the morning, we could relax and enjoy the fabolous view of lake Balaton. The price and the value is great, the breakfast is very good with a lot of option to choose.

There wasn't option with double bed for the couples in Booking.com. I expected slippers, small shampoo and toothpaste in my room. But none of them were. Also netflix was not available on the TV. I needed to use my own google account to install the app and friend's account to sign in.

Wellness center specially finnish sauna and cold tub, great view to the lake and bufe breakfast. Our room was on 3rd floor which has best view to the lake and was comfy and clean. Also liked the possibility of play pool, darts and table tennis.

The checkout was ridiculously early at 10am!! The juices on the breakfast buffet were literally disgusting. The bugs were also not nice but I understand that has nothing to do with the hotel especially when it’s so close to the water

The property has a great location. It is well kept and clean (I am a germaphobe so it was not perfect for me but it was good). We were surprised to find out we were given a room with a lake view when we only booked one with a garden view - which was a really lovely and pleasant surprise! The breakfast was okay. The value for money is really good for what you get. Unfortunately we were there for a very quick stay as we were traveling on a long route, however the addition of the spa centre with views of the lake and the tennis court definitely make this a place where we would like to come back asap! I highly recommend this place on the Balaton :)

We could not go to dinner because you needed to make reservations a day in advance. The receptionist send us to an amazing rock burger restaurant. Problem solved :)

The view from the hotel was amazing, sunset above the lake. The room was spacious, a nice balcony and a more than great breakfast. Keto diet people will be happy here.

Great location, new hotel with spacious room and quality finishings. Totally enjoyed the indoor pool and SPA area, which is opened from 9:00 to 18:30. Checkin is 24h/7, which is great if you are in transit. Breakfast was included and was good.

Meals have to be booked 24hours in advance which left us with no food on arrival. Resort is closed off season so had to order a pizza from a nearby town. Not great when travelling all day. Bar closes at 8.30, an bit early! And spa/gym etc doesn’t open til 8.30am so no chance of a pre breakfast workout

New hotel, great food and wellness part. We had great time, wonderful place to relax and unwind. Location is good since the train station is near so you can hop to Budapest with no problem. The city itself is nice place to enjoy your time and has several beaches. OTP is definitely worth the money and time. Superb hotel 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

The sauna area, which is otherwise very nicely decorated, with a nice view and well-decorated saunas, is not properly separated from the swimming pool, so children also stay in it, which does not offer adequate peace during rest, as a result, the sauna is entered in a bathing suit. (very rarely seen anywhere else).

The breakfast vas very tasty and varied, especially the varied offer for vegans. The location next to the lake offers a beautiful view of the lake from the dining room, pool and saunas, as well as some rooms. The view of the courtyard / garden is also pleasant.

Nice Wellness area but with no hygiene rules!!! The Hungarians are going with the swim suits und without pre showering into the sauna!! Crazy! Furthermore kids are allowed to enter the sauna area, which is very uncomfortable, if you want to take a shower….shower area is not covered…

Almost everything is great for the price but rethink about the sauna area rules!!!

The spa and wellness can be better, the water in the main pool was cold. The whole spa center was really crowded so there weren't any places to lay and rest.

Everything was clean and nice. The room was perfect and the breakfast was tasty. The location is great if you are looking for peace and quiet.

The guests next to our room often smoked and with open balcony door, the cigarette smell got inside quickly. The wellness facility opening hours are not the guest-friendliest, it opens at 08:30am and closes at 18:30.

The view from the balcony was amazing, the whole hotel was furnished in a very modern style. The wellness facility has got everything needed, the saunas are perfect. Both the breakfast and the dinner were delicious, with a huge variety of dishes to choose from. I highly recommend this place!
