Near Nyugati Pályaudvar station. Strategic location. Very quiet and safe place. I slept very well at night because it was very quiet here. I was pleasantly surprised by the large shower in the bathroom. it was great. I have visited Budapest several times. This time on Easter. It was cold and raining. The hot shower was great. I chose the hotel because it was close to the station. I arrived late in the evening and was at the hotel in 3 minutes. everything worked fine, as written in the report.

Bed was too soft. It could be better for a double-bed. Cleaning was good but it could be also improved. For the price we paid, we do not complain.

The neighbourhood is quiet so it was very silent during day and night. The room had a lot of light and bathroom was big. We appreciate so much that we can keep our luggage at the hotel after the check-out

The cleaning people were loud and chatty and they start quite early (way before the check out time, like, 8:00 am in the morning…) And also there’s no one at the reception after certain hours (5:00 pm?) and because I was traveling alone and the front desk and the entrance are just dimly lit after hours, I felt a little insecure coming back in the evening.

Front desk persons (I have met two) were both excellent! Kind and helpful (with good English). Room was spacious and clean. Location is really good, close from the main station but surprisingly quiet. (Warning: a bit tricky with big suitcase for there’s no cross walk to get to, and you have to either go around a few blocks to cross or bring the luggage up and down stairs to go underpass)

Easy to check in and out, no hassle, especially when an accomodation needed for a short stay. The location couldn't be better, very close to a main tram line. The staff is friendly and helpful, I would go back again.

It’s a shame there was no bar or breakfast but I was informed that this could change soon. It would have been nice to have some tourist maps/information available at reception.

The property was situated 2 minutes from the metro/trams/buses so in an excellent position. If you prefer to walk it’s also close to many of Budapests landmarks. There are many bars and cafes/ restaurants nearby and I would highly recommend Firkasz restaurant in Tátra street for typical Hungarian food, it has a lovely atmosphere with a live pianist to accompany your meal. There is a corner shop to buy snacks/drinks and milk. The lady on reception was lovely and very knowledgeable about the area and transport. The property was spotless with tea and coffee in the rooms but only enough supplies for one day so I would recommend you take a supply.

very small storage section for clothing however I had only brought a backpack for my stay so that didn’t bother myself. just a situational problem depending on how long you where staying.

very spacious room and bathroom, room contained a safe and mini fridge which you didn’t get charged extra to use. unlike most other hotels that are roughly that price

The lack of a lounge area or somewhere to just chill if you need to check out early and have a very late flight can be a bit of an inconvenience as you need as no where to sit or relax, you need to leave hotel and find somewhere outside to wait / kill time.

Wasn't sure about the hotel when I first arrived as it looked to be located in a not so attractive locale. But I once inside I was pleasantly surprised. With a background in hotel management. It was quite clear that the management prioritises cleanliness better than most 3 star hotels I've been to. Excellent customer service from Zena & Judith as well made the stay even more enjoyable.

The location is excellent. The receptionist were super active and very helpful. The rooms were clean and with all necessary amenities. And they arranged airport pickup which was absolutely superb! Worth the money.

I came during winter time where it got cold outside. The heater in the room could have been hotter to warm the room a little more.

Room was so spacious, clean and the hotel was so easy to get to from the airport. The TV had access to things like netflix and other tv apps which was a pleasant surprise Location wise it was well placed as it is 5 minutes from the tram. Staff were super friendly and very helpful with local knowledge and suggestions. Check in was very easy as well and they gave very clear pre-arrival instructions on how to check in if arriving late at night.

Smell of cigarettes in the room. The blanket had stains. Make-up sink was not cleaned. There was only one chair in the room for two.
