Yhe apartment didn't had AC unit and the temperature was too high that thay so we couldn't sleep. For the price of a 2 day stay in the apartment they could buy AC units and make the stay waaaay better... because of this I will have to cancel my reservation with them for next month.

I like the pools, they were good for young kids because they are not deep.

Great termal resort, clean pool and sauna

The furnishings of the rooms that are not part of the hotel are more modest, but still satisfactory, despite the fact that some parts of the furniture were damaged (the garden table was broken, the door in the wardrobe was broken). What is wrong is the extremely poor Wi-Fi connectivity (most of the time it doesn't work). We also expected more frequent cleaning of the room - in 4 days they emptied the bin only once, and they didn't even change the towels. When reserving a room on Booking, the location of the room (in the hotel or in external complexes) is visible only after confirmation of the reservation and payment, which is bad because then you can no longer change your choice. On colder days, it is much more convenient to stay in the hotel part than in the outdoor facilities, which are approximately 150 m away.

Very friendly staff and very nicely arranged thermal area (pools, saunas, fitness). Even on colder days, it is possible to swim outside. The food is very good, for vegans the offer is more modest, but everyone can find something for themselves.

Invest a little in the bathroom!

Very few. The furniture is outdated. The kitchenware is minimal. There is scale on almost every watertap.

Nice and organized location near to Balaton and Hévíz. Good choice monewise. The appartman was quite big,plus a terrace and it was very clean. Staff was very well trained and nice. Breakfast is ok, bonus you have a choice of products from local food suppliers which I liked pretty much. The thermal bath is a perfect choice for families with kids, they offer a lot of free activites.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Soundproofing is very limited. We could hear everybody stomping along the corridor and the neighbors talking in their bathroom and couldn't sleep after 7 am.

Food was okay, the room was a nice size, bathroom clean. It was comfortable being in the same building as the spa. The spa's nice, 2 hot pools outside were open.

Rooms were not clean and not up for the value. Definetely would not pick again.

The bed was too small that it was impossible to fit in more than one person in the bed. The pool was not really clean. For the meal, the food was running out, so everyone was grabbing it before anyone else take it.

The pool was quite big, and the dinner, breakfast was included.

We thought we will be staying in the main facility, but we got a room in one of the side buildings. Furniture from the eighties the room mini bar was empty also it was 150 meters from the spa. we had to dress up in winter clothing to go to the main building.

The pools and the food was great.

As I mentioned it is a nice hotel with the opportunity to go to the wellness area immediately from the hotel. Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 my invited family was unable to join us. Fortunately, the kids were able to replace them and join us for one day. I discussed this with the hotel and they assured me that it is no problem and reserved the requested room close by. However, after we occupied the room and the next day, I was told that the room nearby we reserved for my family was sold and they must be in a room located far from us. I was very dissatisfied since they did not ask me if it is ok if they move them to that room far away. Also, in such cases when they had an emergency movement to another room such as to my reserved room, they should temporarily move the guest and return the room to us. Nevertheless, the reception desk personnel tried to compensate us for the issue and invited us for a bottle of champagne. It was a nice gesture but it was not able to compensate for the inconvenience we experienced.

It was a nice place suggested by my family. The convenience of wellness and hotel in one place is very good.

The pools are not clean, the food is cheap and not good. The pictures don’t show the reality of this spa. It didn’t justify the money spent for staying at this place. The only thing that was the same as the pictures is the room.

There is no lobby where you could enjoy the evening after the dinner. The restaurant closes at 9pm, so later, you can stay in the room only. Staff seems overall bored and not really hospitable. Meals at the restaurant are packed in very small area, despite there are 3 rooms. Not to mention that one day a birthday party was held in same space where hotel' guests had dinner.

The wellness is large and well equipped, but...since the external visitors can use the whole place during the whole day, you don't really enjoy any benefit of being a hotel guest. All is fully packed mostly with the externals. We were here late autumn hence can't rate the outside pools. The only pool where you could swim out was out of order. Room is clean and well equipped.
