Absolutely stunning location, overlooking the Mill Pond. The photos looked idyllic and it's not often that reality lives up to the photos! The room was large, comfortable, clean, and we weren't expecting the sauna in the room. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options including local food, and the flowers on the table was a lovely touch. We only stayed one night, but wish we booked for longer. The staff were lovely and super helpful, and we were able to leave our bags during the day so we could explore the town and caves. Can't recommend highly enough!

The only minor issue was in the room I stayed it was very bright during the night because of a light outside shinning in the direction of one of the windows of the room. The curtains are not blocking the light. Only a minor issue during a great stay.

The hotel is very nice the rooms a very big and clean. Around the hotel is a park with a pond it is a very nice setting. The staff was very friendly and helpful to accommodate for my food allergy.

The walls are quite thin, so if there are many guests, it could get a bit noisy I imagine. This was not a problem for us, however, as there were only a handful of people in the hotel at that time.

The venue is situated in the most beautiful part of the city, with bars, restaurants, bus stops, and even the train station being within reasonable distance. The room was impeccable, clean and spacious, the view is gorgeous, the staff is helpful and friendly, the included breakfast is delicious and plentiful. The restaurant on the ground floor is nice as well, a handy option if you do not want to go out for a meal. Highly recommended!

Breakfast supplies ran out (June 10) and were not being replenished - no fruit, very little bread, scrambled eggs gone, no jam. I asked the female staff to bring jam and bread, which she dud but didn't seem happy to do so. Maybe, she was just having one of those days because, otherwise, we typically found the staff very nice and helpful.

Nice room with plenty of space, good location. Breakfast supplies were replenished on first two mornings and breakfast staff were friendly.

Restaurant is a bit expensive, but generally, this place totally worth the price.

Really good location in the heart of the city, directly on the National Blue Trail ("Országos Kéktúra"). With it's wealthy breakfast, it is an ideal overnight accomodation for multi-day hikers. Fast and convenient check-in/check-out, attentive and very polite staff. Exceptional room size, very clean bathroom. We liked the overall design and creative finishing touches of the interior. We also had dinner at the restaurant, it was fine with good taste and portions. Terrace of the restaurant is directly by the lake - a nice place to have dinner or just grab a beer.
