Breakfast was great but could have more options for non meat eaters.

Amazing hotel with huge rooms and comfy beds. Staff are extremely welcoming and we were offered a drink on arrival which is a nice touch. The rooftop bar is fantastic and a sun trap and the pool is a bonus. The location is walking distance to everywhere!! Must stay here if you visit Budapest.

Couldn't fault the hotel - we really had the best experience.

Best breakfast we've ever experienced from a hotel! Everything is catered for from fresh orange juice, teas/coffees to scrambled eggs (or homemade omelettes) to yoghurts, pastries and endless bubbly if you want it! Compact but with everything you could need to set you up for the day.

My partner is Vegan and in the breakfast there was NOTHING to eat. Today there are many cheese and meat substitutes that are a source of protein for vegans, He should not only eat vegetables and there was nothing to eat but salad.

Small things only - no daily bottled water. Room safe not working, wasn’t fixed during our 3 day stay despite reporting it on day 1. Room lighting not great.

Friendly staff, gave very helpful tips (eg visiting ruin bars), always welcoming. Great breakfast - big selection, high quality. 24/7 complimentary coffee machines in reception area. As we were leaving early on the last day we were provided with a packaged breakfast. Location - convenient/walking to key sights plenty of eating places within a few minutes’ walk. Pillow selection. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony (following a request). Quirky decoration. Rooftop pool and bar area.

Just a personal thing, I'm not keen on glass shower rooms/loos. There was a curtain for privacy but I'm old fashioned and prefer a wall!

A/C was't particularly cold even when we tried to reduce the temperature but we were there in June and it was 30C in the day and it was still comfortable in the room.

Really friendly staff. Lola who checked us in was particularly good. Rooftop bar with pool extremely nice. Nicer than the photos suggest. Location was perfect for the ruin bars area and walkable to most sights. Room was very big with lovely shower.

Water pressure was weak. That's it!

One the best city trips and the BEST hotels. Value for money is an understatement. Staff, from the moment we walked in, greeted us, extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast and out of this world - so many options (hot and cold and hungarian) including hungarian sparkling wine. Room was smaller than i expected but it was beautiful. Bed as the perfect middle of firm but soft could even order extra different types of pillows free of charge, shower pressure wasn't great but minor. They welcomed us in our room with a bottle of sparkling wine and a little box of chocolates, min bar wasn't too expensive. The roof top pool was amazing. I sprained my foot on the last night and staff were very happy to help me with ice and maneuver into the cab to the airport. Cannot wait to stay here again!

Would have been amazing if the rooftop staff would have a bit more enthusiasm.

Helpful and welcoming staff, very comfortable beds and a nice room (junior suite). The rooftop bar and the pool by themselves are making it more than worth it. We celebrated my girlfriend's bday on the sky bar with friends and everything went smooth. Thanks

Good central location. Amazing large, comfortable rooms. Cool decor, Comfy beds. Great walk-in shower. Beautiful pool and sun deck. Generous choice of breakfast. Spotlessly clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Couldnt fault the hotel. Had a lovely stay!

At a push the only complaint (although not really a complaint as didn’t effect my holiday at all) was that breakfast didn’t have allergy info from what I could see, so I avoided things I thought would contain nuts. But, they change some of the options every day so I don’t blame them for not having signs. I did ask about the pastries one day and they let me know they may contain, so if you ask the staff they’ll provide information.

Everything! The staff were very friendly, the room was spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was lovely, and the sky bar/pool was fab. Location was also great for us to reach most things we wanted easily.

Fabulous location, staff were so helpful and the rooms were beautiful. The rooftop pool and bar is a great selling point too! It was the perfect place for us and we couldn’t fault it
