The rooms are a bit dated, with peeling wallpaper and bathrooms in need of updating. Some modernisation would make this place great.

The staff were fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The property was quiet, with all rooms facing an inner courtyard away from the street. Despite being slightly outside the main tourist areas, it was easy to navigate the city from this location.

The hotel is really nice, the location is in the city center as the name says. It has a nice interior garden and a few options for parking including a parking garage nearby on the same street. Being a little bit hot outside, it was great that they had functioning air conditioning. Thanks!

The room was clean and well presented. The bed was firm but very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is realtively close to the city centre and you can walk to many places or take a short taxi ride such as if going over to Buda castle.

The hotel is located near the centre of the old town of Pest. Every member of staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful. Breakfast was good value at 4€ each. The room was small but had everything we could have wanted, including a kettle and cups. We were able to leave our bags with reception after checking out and collect them later free of charge.

The staff was very friendly and helped us with ordering a shuttle back to the airport. The room and bathrooom was quite spacious for 3 people, very clean and the beds were comfortable. Our room was in a little patio area, which made it quiet by night. The area was also good, easy to get around with a tram station nearby and easy to call a taxi to the hotel.

First time staying in the apartment ( last time it was a room) and door on the apartment are glass doors so the light was really bright all night and people walking into their room across our apartment was like they are walking into our apartment because of the glass doors

Second time staying in this hotel, clean, close to the centre and not to expensive , check in during the night is easy and safe even reception is not working so no worries about that

There was no lift in the building and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The hotel is located close to the airport bus stop, there are many restaurants and cafes around. The metro station is also very close. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. We had a small room but it had everything we needed. The garden is also very nice. We would definitely come back.

Even though the hotel rules don’t let you smoke in the rooms, they let people to smoke in the inner yard which is fine during the day, but quite annoying during the night especially when you keep the window open. As the area is super quiet you can hear every word.

When I was searching for a hotel, I was trying to find the option which is very close to the city. Central hotel 21 was the right choice. It took me only couple of tram stops to get to the city, which was very convenient. The room wasn’t too big, but I didn’t mind as I was on my own. The facilities are all clean and new, the bed is comfy, the room was cleaned every day.
