The only thing that bothered me was the awkward smell when you enter the first door. Could be due to the next door shop. Other than that the room was very clean and had all the necessities.

The hotel is very ideal it has train and bus stops just 2 mins away. It has restaurants, supermarkets and shopping mall just around the corner. The self checkin was very easy to manage and very friendly stuff. I would highly recommend for a short stay in Budapest.

Loved everything!

Wonderful breakfast, with a mean omelet, fresh and delicious products and even vegan options. The room was bright, clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The employee was the nicest person you could ever wish, always with a smile and willing to help in any way possible. It was home away from home.

The room was small but very cozy, its next to Széll Kálmán tér were you can take the M2 Subway and several buses/trams to get where you need to in the city and the staff was great.

Unfortunately there was some confusion regarding the reception hours, nobody was there when I checked in, which wasn't a problem however in the morning there was nobody on reception when I wanted to pay and leave. Booking.com quote the check out hours as 0600 to 1000 but apparently the reception isn't staffed until 0800 which was a problem for me.

Clean and comfortable hotel, very well placed for metro and trams to get round the city. Friendly receptionist.

The mattresses are a bit old and not so comfortable. The street is a bit noisy.

The place is cosy and welcoming. It is very close to public transport. The staff is very friendly. The windows are very sophisticated and the air- conditioning is very quiet and working really well. It is very clean.

The entrance of the building is a little bit smelly but the hostel is very clean and quiet!

If you are coming by car is difficult to find a parking space. There is a nearby parking but if you have many suitcases is a bit of a challenge .anyway the staff will help you with a good tips

BI&BI is a pleasant and safe accomodation. However, parking can become a problem especially during the weekend. Still there are available public parking lots.

The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. The kitchen was beyond expectations with non stop coffee and tea and it was so clean and well organized . The staff was so friendly and welcoming. Special thanks go to Gergö. It was a pleasant stay🙏🙏

I have been a guest at Bi&Bi three times in the past year and I love the clean, quiet, welcoming atmosphere of this property, located just steps away from Széll Kálmán tér, various restaurants, and Fény Street Market...the rooms are comfortable and cheerful with lovely windows. Free coffee is available at all times and the staff is professional, caring, kind, and always ready to offer helpful suggestions to make the guests feel valued and secure. I hope to stay here again on my next visit to Budapest!

Great location - a big station is 2 minutes down the road and the public transport in Budapest is excellent. The rooms were clean and well maintained. Air conditioning was a big bonus in the summer heat. Quiet at night and the staff were lovely. The entry hallways are a bit dated with their carpeting but don't let that put you off, the inside is immaculate

The entrance downstairs has a terrible smell, which luckily does not spread to the property itself. The bathroom is tiny. The TV set did not seem to have regular channels, only subscriptions such as Amazon Prime. I know that the regular channels are usually in Hungarian and therefore of not much use to me, but this time around I would've liked a live broadcast of the football game (well, Belgium lost anyway)

The staff is very friendly and attentive when they are onsite, which is mostly in the mornings. The location is very good, next to shopping mall, restaurants, public transportation. The very city center is only 30 minutes on foot. In spite of the location, the room was very quiet. Good airco, clean bathroom. Large choice at breakfast, and the staff bakes eggs to your desire. The dog creates a homely atmosphere.

The entrance to the property smells a bit filthy due to the fact that there's a butcher next door. It would be great if they can offer shampoo and conditioner. However, they did provide us with more shower gel when we asked for more.

Staff is really nice, comfy beds and delicious breakfast. Communication before our stay was really good and the directions to access the property were perfect.
