It is small and very comfortable, clean hotel. Very good location and wonderful view from our room. The hosts are very helpful and kind. The breakfast is very delicious. We felt like at home. I recommend this hotel.

It is located in a quiet, peaceful area and is accessible to the metro station. The property provides a decent breakfast, complimentary tea and coffee. Balint (The hostel caretaker was very engaging with the guests and does not hesitate to answer questions.

When arriving the drain of the sink in the bathroom was clogged. However, the owner addressed this issue immediately and it improved soon.

Breakfast is simple but very nice. The stuff advised us how to access the public transport easily when carrying our bag. From our room window, part of the illuminated church and fisherman's bastion looked beautiful.

Owner was a kind gentleman. Homemade breakfast was good. Room design was vintage and so cool. And for me the best thing is every room has its own balcony. Thank you for all this place made this a nice journey

Really amazing stay with very hospitable and warm people. The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking. Everything was very comfortable and clean. The host made sure to show us a good walking route so we could see everything of the city!

The room was spacious and clean. Right next to Fisherman's bastion, so excellent location for sightseeings. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Balint, the receptionist, booked us an airport transfer, making our stay stress free. He also advised us about where best to view the fireworks on a national holiday (20th August fireworks). There was also complementary 24/7 coffee and tea available. All in all, this is a very lovely B&B with professional and helpful staff and also with comfortable beds and clean spaces.

The only downside was the steps to get to the river however there is a bus that stops just at the top of the road if you don’t want to walk.

We had a beautiful room with sofas and a balcony and very comfortable beds.

The communication with the owners was neat, and checking in was straightforward. We attended a wedding at the Bastion, so the location was unbeatable. The breakfast was also very good. The room is spacious, comfortable, and silent (even if we faced the street). The owners are not only attentive, they are very nice people as well.

The accommodation was very comfortable, clean and spacious. I enjoyed that it was located in a quieter area, but still with quick access to the centre of Budapest. There are restaurants and cafes in the close vicinity. I had the pleasure of having an interesting conversation with the very friendly owner. Next time in Budapest, I will be staying there again.

Lajos is an amazing host. So friendly and helpful. The room was very nice and clean. There was a nice breakfast and his staff were very friendly too. The location is great, particularly for Budapest Castle and that area, but there are trams and buses nearby too to utilise Budapest's great transport system. I would definitely recommend this B&B.

The host welcomed us even though it was late, in order to hand over the key, he made the kitchen available for refreshments. They are available all the time, nothing is a problem. Breakfast low quality. There was nothing hot to eat. We expected sousages, eggs or similar. All ingredients were bought in local supermarket.

Beautifull view on Parlament on the other side of the river. Private parking place on the street. Internet speed fast enough for Netflix.

Staff could let guests know if there is a public holiday coming up especially if it means all the shops will be shut.
