We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

It was our second time here and everything was great, the front desk staff was professional ( 2 minutes check in /out), the pools and wellness areas well maintained, the food delicoius, the atmosphere in the lobby relaxing ( there was a pianist who played and a local artisan who painted). I loved the size and design of the room! the balcony was spacious as well. The hotel is very well organised. We will come again!

SlovakiaThe wellness (saunas) area is big enough but unfortunately the pool area is quite small for such a big amount of guest. Usually between 14-17:00 there is too big crowd of people, no place to put down even your towel. In the sauna chill room (near the entrance into the wellness) the air flow vents are extremely loud and there is no chance to relax. Also the vents in the sauna are quite strong and sucks out the hot air, making the sauna not well heated. Tamas was helpful and tried to adjust these vents :) but the next day the power was back again :(
This was our second trip to this hotel in the last half a year. We really liked the compactness of the hotel, that you can reach everything with an elevator. The staff is very helpful and looks well after the gusts. In the wellness (sauna) area Tamas and Szilvia (I think) are really great! There is always some kind of program going on for the adults or kids. It is a famaly firendly hotel for sure.

RomaniaThere are few people in the hotel team that are speaking English, which made our interraction a bit difficult. The programs for New Year's Eve were distributed only in the Hungarian version, which is an obstacle for foreign tourists. As a customer, in the future I would suggest that the New Year's Eve dinner be available at least until midnight, it's a loss, how many great dishes were prepared, that tourists only have 2 hours to taste them.
We spent a beautiful New Year Holiday in this hotel. Loved the spacious room, the pools with warm water. We really appreciate the program for the New Year's Eve and the Gala Dinner was was included in the price, which was an unexpected nice surprise. The hotel is pet friendly and everybody had a smiley-face for our little dog.

Very good restaurant, very testy meals for breakfast and dinner, waiters are really good and helpful. Local wine by recommendations is just amazing. Terms and SPA are clean, big and not so much people in it. Working from early morning till late evening. Rooms are comfortable, beds and pillows are good. Balcony.

IrelandDinner was a buffet which we didn't like. That's ok for breakfast but not for dinner and it didn't have a nice restaurant feel about it. Room was a bit below par curtains not on rail properly so wouldn't close beds poorly made nail clipping on the floor no tea/coffee facilities but overall I would stay again as it suited our need

HungaryLack of cleanliness. We got a stained bathrobe which they changed for us with a torn one. The bathroom and the area around the pools were scaled, moldy and neglected. The fridge was not cooling. Also the cutlery and plates were not washed properly. Stuff was not friendly.
Perfect room size and wide selection of buffet for dinner and breakfast. Live music by night and possibility to play foosball and biliard.

HungaryPuh, where do I start? I have an awful long list: food is extremely unhealthy, no fresh vegetables, fruits, dishes were dripping from fat/oil, it took 45 minutes until the waiter came and took our order for drinks. What really annoyed me was that the room was not cleaned, only the bin was emptied and this is should not be the case in a 4* star hotel.
The one and only positive thing I can say was the desserts at the dinner buffet.
