As an older couple the number of stairs could be an issue as no lift. There was no inside seating ie no lounge.

Modern clean light and airy spaces. Also outside space was great for breakfast.Easy parking under the terrace. Owner was very helpful- nothing was too much trouble.

The village is situated under the Biokovo mountain with a nice view of sea and the hill. The room was nice and clean. The breakfast was deliciously served. There was a gastronomic treat for the eyes and stomach. Friendly and helpful staff.

Cozy hotel (BB) with very good prices. The attentive owner of the Hotel prepared a delicious breakfast!!! We liked everything. A great place to stay in a great little town. The hotel is really clean and the room was very spaceous, it has all the facilities as listed including a gym and an underground parking which is really nice. The breakfast was the pinacle of hospitality. You have to see it to believe it. And taste it too. The staff was really helpfull and always there when you need them. The view from the room is also very nice. All in all the best vacation i had in recent years.

Absolutely recommended and satisfied, really enjoyed our stay! Some key highlights: (1) The breakfast is amazing in terms of tastiness, variety, healthiness and plenties. Beyond standard breakfast expect lots of pimped up snacks, granolas, fruits, smoothies. They were able to surprise us each morning, e.g. when we got goat cheese balls filled with apricots, covered in fried seeds and rosemary, served in a glass full of cold smoke... (2) The property has a roofed garage space which clearly seemed to be a rare offering. So if you do not want to fry your car for days under the sun, you will appreciate it. (3) Beautiful view from your room, the property lies between the Biokovo mountain and the sea, both of these are spectacular on their own. (4) Last but not least, they are very friendly and helpful, the property and room were clean and quiet. Tips if you would stay in Promajna: (1) do not miss the Biokovo Skywalk, you will drop your jaws to the ground! Rent a scooter from a local provider and get there this way instead of using your car. You will be able to capture the unbelievable scene and if you are lucky, get a ride with the wild horses. (2) do not stick to Promajna's main beach. Instead go to Bratus on foot, much less crowded. And if you are happy to go further, explore the hidden beaches between Promajna and Makarska.

Only recommendation is that the beds were little bit too soft. Nothing else, all was perfect.

The owner comes from Germany and takes care about the apartments together with his father, both very polite and friendly. The whole place is very nicely designed and maintained. What is impressive is the outstanding 1st class hotel breakfast, with "all you can imagine or can not even imagine to eat for breakfast" served in the terrace. Rooms have excellent sea view and a nice balcony, rest has all you need for your stay. The apartment is in very nice location, quiet and peaceful, with good beach and all required services.

The beds were too narrow. For quite some days we had a problem with cold and warm water. How to operate the TV was quite a challenge!

The breakfast was extraordinary! A wide variety of things were served to us every day - with a gourmet style presentation 😋 - we looked forward to it every day! Parking in the parking garage was great. We enjoyed that our balcony was more secluded.

some nitpicks: the property is slightly uphill from the beach; bathroom door would not close unless you locked it, the air-conditioning wzs not very effective, and some people might find problem with stepping up few stairs.

The apartment host prepared really nice homemade healthy breakfast (eggs prepared the way you want, several types of muesli, homemade juice etc.). The room had really nice balcony, Air-conditioning, fridge and dryer for wet clothes. There is parking garage under the property, so your car is always in shade.
