That was a lovely trip! Starting from the contact with both the owner and the manager on Booking, all the way through passing the keys and staying in constant touch with the gorgeous lady owning the apartment, and up to the convenience of the localization, beds, kitchen, bathroom and the overall satisfaction with the place - everything was just perfect. I can definitely recommend it to all my friends and potential future guests. At any point have we felt like we are at a hotel - but rather as at home! The attention the owner pays to small details (like all possible types of glasses and cups you may need, an uncountable amount of towels, flip-flops, umbrellas, and blankets) is awe-inspiring, I think I have never met the attitude of this kind from the owner. Everything is in very close proximity, you have a beautiful scenery of the Church, and there is even a nice cozy Italian restaurant right under the apartment. The lady even encouraged us to use the A/C, whereas in most cases, owners rather discourage their guests from doing so due to the high costs of maintenance).

From booking the apartment and the contact with andrej and anja was perfect. Anja met us at the apartment even though it was after 10pm and even took time to walk up the street to give us a basic idea of places to go. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could possibly need, the location was excellent. Anja was even on the phone for advice for tours. The property is very clean and well equipped. There is a well equipped kitchen. It is very homely. All the places of attraction are within 3-5 minutes walk. The famous sea organ and site for pretty sunset are 2 minutes walk away. The host Anja is friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend this apartment.

The title of this listing is a little deceiving as there is really no view from the apartment.

Apartment was very nice and safe and in a good location. Don't be alarmed by the exterior of the place as it's not so great, but the inside of the apartment is lovely and the host is very gracious.

It’s not that we didn’t like the property ., it was amazing .. but ‘perfect view’ ?? Seriously .. we overlooked the car park … it was a nice car park but …. ?

Parking was quite difficult if you arrive in the middle of the afternoon and the entrance was not obvious. The only view was of a car park and a glimpse of water.

Anja is lovely and her apartment is equally adorable. Right next to the Forum you could not have a better location in Zadar old town. Beautifully decorated it belies its front door and stairs, high spec in every sense and good Wi-Fi. I loved staying there as nothing is far away, but I still felt I had something much more than a hotel room to return to.

The access to the building isn't as nice as the apartment, but that clearly is out of the owner's control. There's no free parking but in the centre of the old town that's to be expected.

The apartment is beautiful, complete with everything you need for a comfortable stay - comfy bed, air conditioning, good (although small) shower, fridge freezer etc. Location can't be beaten for convenience and access. Communication was clear and easy, and the owner was lovely when we arrived and gave us lots of useful recommendations.

Nothing, as all was perfect.

The owner agreed to wait for our very late flight arrival. Despite our delayed arrival Anja was very helpfull and friendly. The place is perfectly located to reach all key places in the old town Zadar, and the ferry harbour. I warmly recommend the place and the appartment, which not only perfect view but also in perfect condition, and perfectly ran by Anja.

Sofer bed abit uncomfortable for seatting oherwise the facilities are very good.

The location of the apartment was vary good being central in the old town and the owner extremely helpful on our arrival.
