The room was quite basic but immaculately.clean with a shared.kitchen providing everything else you needed.

The location was excellent as long as you are OK with walking up quite a lot of steps. It was five minutes walk down to the harbour. I felt the high position wasn't great birthday and well worth the up hill walk as the view was amazing

Very helpful and nice hosts. Allowed us to check in early and let us know that we could keep our bags in the communal kitchen area after check out so that we didn't have to carry them round. Great location too, very close to the port.

The rooms are at the top of a hill from the port. The walk up with two suitcases was challenging but we took our time and the directions spot on. (I counted 181 steps!) To be fair the whole of Croatia seems to be up and down steps. This wasn't an issue for us but maybe for some in the heat.

A lovely appointment and Dolores was very warm, friendly and helpful. Whilst not as plush as some on our trip, the room was perfect for our island hopping holiday. The view has to be one of the finest we have ever had from a balcony anywhere in the world. The shared kitchen provided coffee and everything needed to be self catering which was handy to keep costs down for breakfast and possibly lunch. Each room has a separate fridge in the kitchen. We loved Hvar and had a great time at Rooms Vinka Tudor.

We particularly loved the terrace. What a beautiful view of Hvar and the Adriatic Sea. Thank you for a lovely stay. Also, it was a treat to be greeted by the host Dolores and her dog Becky!

Dolores is an amazing host. The apt was clean and simple. They had everything we needed and she even let us borrow her umbrella on a rainy day. The location is great, but it is at the top of many stairs. Easy to get everywhere and the kitchen is great to have. Highly recommend getting a sea view room with a balcony because the views are magnificent.

Really great place to stay in Hvar. Dolores was such a helpful and lovely host, the room had great seaview and was very clean and it was located in a quiet area only a few minutes walk from the center.

There was some building work being carried out and the continual sound of the hammer drill was quite annoying. On the afternoon of the second day we asked for some respite and the workmen down tools around 4pm.

Our room was at the front of the hotel with sweeping views of the water from a lovel balcony. The room was very clean but small but this was complemented by the use of a communal kitchen where we had our own fridge and could use the cooking and eating facilities. It was quite nice to whip up something ourselves after weeks of restaurants and have it on our blacony as the sun went down. The hosts were pleasant and helpful and they provided very specific instructions on how to get to the hotel from the ferry wharf. The hotel is actually quite close to the main harbour but as with most island hotels, they are located behind the main town and up the hillside and its a fair climb, especially with luggage. To have the great view you need to have the height and with that comes THE STAIRS!

Everything was good

I recently stayed at vinka Tudor and had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the owner Dolores was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touches in my room. The room itself was spacious, immaculately clean The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the view from my window was breathtaking.. The appartement location is another major plus. It's conveniently situatet to beach and the old town, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, my stay at Vinka Tudor exceeded all of my expectations. . I highly recommend Vinka Tudor and look forward to returning .

Not far from the ferry port, up some stairs but this is pretty typical for Hvar. Gorgeous views, comfy bed, awesome kitchen facilities which is a rarity for a guest house.

Excellent location with just a five minute walk from the ferry as well as a 10 minute walk to the beach. Gorgeous views and descent sized rooms with great ammenities. Dolores was extremely lovely and gave us lots of great recommendations.

A lot of steps to property (but then you are rewarded with a fantastic view). We got bothered with mosquitos on our last night of 3 (for whatever reason). Tea and coffee (fresh filter and instant) were provided and available through stay.

Great host (Delores), very informative and helpful with directions and contactable by what's ap throughout stay. Room was well appointed with a lovely hot shower. Comfortable bed. Communal kitchen very handy and sole use of fridge a bonus. Close to ferry terminal and all of Old town attractions.

Wasnt a problem for us, but there are a lot of steps to the apartment, however this is the same for any property around this area of the island.

Super kind & helpful host made the our stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a large, clean, shared fully equipped kitchen, with tea, coffee & milk available. The rooms are fairly basic but comfy & clean. We had a sea view room, the views were spectacular and the balcony is a good size with a table & chairs. Would highly recommend.

Minor hiccup - the property was often hard to find while coming back to it. I had to ask the owner for directions twice as I got lost. But I think that's the problem with all properties in Hvar because they just have a bunch of snaking stairs instead of proper roads. Noise cancellation wasn't good either as I could hear the people in other rooms. This was manageable as well.

View from Room was amazing The room and the bathroom were also clean Very close to the port where the ferry drops you. Fully equipped kitchen. The property owner was very responsive and helpful. They also have a cute dog you can play with.

We booked the apartment for the view and based on previous good reviews. We were not disappointed, the room is basic but clean, shared kitchen great with tea, coffee etc and all utensils you would need. Own fridge to keep food and drinks. The owner was incredibly helpful and answered any queries v promptly. The view was amazing , lovely to sit out and have breakfast and drinks in the evening. There are many steps to the apartment, but it's a small price to pay for the view. Island is stunning , bakery in harbour is lovely and v reasonable. We needed assistance with cases and this was arranged for a small fee. Would return.
