It was beautiful, luxurious, spacious, sparkling clean with a great out door area and lovely pool. Ana was a great host. The best thing would have to be the location, just a short stroll to the old town. We loved everything about Villa Patricia!

All was great but if you want minor tips, it would have been more convenient to have 2 keys per appartment but it wasn’t actually a problem.

The greeting from Ana was warm and helpful and she was instant in replying to the couple of questions we had. Lovely clean pool. Location very close to the bay. Nice toiletries. All amenities within were excellent. Ana we had.

Everything was spotless. Super comfy beds, good wifi, all the household goods needed for making breakfast was present. Extremely pleasant staff. If i’m ever coming back, i’ll book this place again.

I wish we could stay longer.

Five stars all the way! The apartement was spotless with everything you might need. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and even some lavender gifts. The caretakers were very friendly and just wanted to make sure we had leverything we need. The pool and bbq were very nice to have. If tou stay here you will not be dissapointed. Very close to the waterfront with free parking available.

Beautiful apartment, decorated and equipped to an exceptional standard. Everything you could ask for including a very warm welcome and a bottle of wine! Excellent location only minutes from the marina with lovely restaurants and shops. There is a bus stop literally opposite the apartment where you can catch a bus to Hvar town and it will drop you off at the door of the apartment on return. Hvar Town is lovely but Stari Grad offers an understated elegance hard to beat.

Very modern, super clean, beautiful pool, lovely host. Great location to walk to the waterfront at Stari Grad. Easy to park right out front. Highly recommend this beautiful apartment!

The pool and property are fantastic. The location is within walking distance to Stari Grad town but not the Port. Also, if you are wanting to visit Hvar town it is a bit of a distance, you have to take a taxi. The bus is right outside of the property but does not come very often. Overall it is a great place!

everything was perfect

This was our second stay in Villa Patricia, as previously everything was perfect. The apartment was spotless clean and very comfortable, the pool area is very generous and well looked after. The nearest shop is about 15 min walk away in the old town or another one about 20min by the ferry port. A small beach is about 5 min walk, beach Bonj with the inflatable obstacle course "WIBIT" and 2 amazing restaurants is about 25min walk. The old town is magical with many lovely bars and restaurants. We love Croatia and Stari Grad and feel very relaxed there. Disliked · Everything was great

Very nice and comfortable apartment with two separated rooms including own toilet and shower per room. Very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen and comfortable terrace directly to the pool. Pool was cleaned every day. Possibility for BBQ also very clean. Close to the city centre and harbour with wide range of different restaurants

Air conditioning was quite weak. Even on lowest temp and highest speed it was pretty hot. Was enough to take edge off the heat however.

Friendly owners, amazing pool, very modern building, full kitchen, luxurious decor and bathrooms. Location is a short 5 minute walk to centre of Stari Grad, and the bus to the Split Ferry was literally on the doorstep. Owners spoke no English, but were friendly and we were able to get by through communicating in broken German.
