There is a small hill to get to the property and a couple sets of stairs so wouldn’t be accessible for someone in a wheelchair/uneasy on their feet!

We loved the property! In such a good location (despite the small hill but that’s Dubrovnik itself!). The property was located 10 minutes from Sunset beach, but it’s also easy to walk around and explore other beaches too. Also close to supermarket, bakery’s and restraints. It’s also close to a nature walk with a view point of the sea which was nice to walk one evening. The room was clean and spacious and had everything we needed - we were only needing a space to sleep and clean so it was perfect. It was easy to commute into Old Town with a bus stop 2 mins from the apartment (bus 4) which cost us only 1.99 euros each way. All in all, perfect, and I highly recommend! The host was super helpful too :-)

The shower door did not close fully and leaking water.

The location for the apartment was good because it was near the beach, bus stop, shop and restaurants. At day time it was not hot to be in the room, although there was an air conditioner. The view from the window was amazing. The host was really welcoming.

There was nothing that detracted from the experience

The location is good if you don't want to be in the thick of things. It's a 10 min bus ride into old town, and a 10 min walk the other way to Sunset Beach. The apartment is large, comfortable and quiet. The hosts were fabulous.

Modern, comfortable and clean apartment. Amazing view from the window (I stayed on the second floor). Very helpful owners. You have everything you need during your stay including little things like shampoo, washing powder, cooking equipment, etc.. The area is very quiet and safe, no noise at all. The bus stop is 2 min walking, from where you get to the city center in 10 min. The beach is also nearby. I recommend this place.

There was nothing we did not like. It was perfect for us. If elderly or unfit just be aware the apartment is on an incline.

The host, Antonio, was very tentative. Meet us on day of arrival and showed us around apartment. Told us about the local geology, supermarkets and what buses we needed to get for old town etc. Safe area. Very easy to get from apartment to old town. The apartment was amazingly clean and had all we needed. Great air conditioning, cooking facilities, TV with You Tube and Netflix’s. Large comfortable bed. Lovely views from balcony. Antonio promptly answers email questions prior our arrival and once there. We felt he was always available for assistance should we need it.

I would recommended this place everyone who will be in Dubrovnik. There were three of us at July. From the beginning of the reservation contact with Mario was great. He had answer on each question which i asked very quickly. We were on place at 1:00 pm, but there was not problem with check-in (in offer check-in is from 3:00 p.m.). If you will be eariler, Mario store your luggage for sure :) Mario helped us to carry our luggage, upstair to the apartment, gave keys and explain everything what we have in the flat. Moreover he brought tourist Dubrovnik map with all important attractions. Apartment was perfect for 3 person. Cleanliness of the apartment was on the highest level. The same i can say about domestic appliances. We had a fridge, freezer, microwave, induction cooker, oven, kettle, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, at our disposal. We even asked about iron desk and Mario brought it to us :) Apartment had also equipment like washing machine, dryer, good air conditioning, Smart TV and big own prepared guide for tourist which included wifi password, where to go, where to eat, how to drive, whole bus timetable, hospital info and much more :) With regard to neighborhood it was great too. 2 minutes to the bus stop (number 4 : 10 minutes to the old town) 5 minutes to Tommy Supermarket where you can buy everything you want. In this market you have even bakery with nice bread. 8 minutes to the Uvala Lapad Beach, 5 minutes to nice boardwalk with lot restaurants & bars. You can even go for the walk to Velika and Mala Petka Forest Park which is next to the apartment. We did not have rented car but i think that you should not have problem with parking next to (I think it was free). To sum up i think that we couldn't hit better with accommodation. Great value for money.

Shower head would not stay up, no mirror in bedroom and no proper curtains/blackout blinds.

Excellent location, walkable to beach, shops and restaurants and only a short bus ride into the old town. Lovely view from balcony, very welcome air conditioning. Super clean. Mario our host was very helpful and offered airport transfer which was helpful.

The double bed wasn't too comfortable as it consist of two separate mattresses. The shower is on a smaller side.

Very close to the beach and a square with plenty of restaurants. The apartment was clean and quite big. The owner was kind and took us to the shop because we wouldn't make it on time alone after late arrival due to delay of the flight. Good value for the price overall for a short stay.

Wifi doesn’t work very well in the room. It could have been good if there was a kettle.

The host made sure the comfort of our stay throughout, he helped with the luggage, flexible check-in/check-out, so much accommodating! The room was also very clean and spacious for 3 people. will definitely come back! very close to Old town too, called Uber in front of the flat, and it’s only £5 away. can walk down to the beach/high street.

The hospitality of host Mario was really great! He was very friendly and he informed us about our stay in Dubrovnik very well! Furthermore, the appartment was clean and we had a nice view on one of the beaches of Dubrovnik.

Quiet a hill to go up finding the flat, was in fourth floor and no lift at all , really exhausted Hot water just for one person and other had to wait 30 min for shower, the bed terrible and could not sleep as bed was making noise a lot

Internet connection or rather there was no connection at all! I have approached the Property Coordinator few times regarding this internet issue and advised him that I could not access the Wi-Fi, and it is extremely weak and slow, and difficult to do any thing, like work that requires a stronger connection. His response was that the "Owner of the Building is away" and that he cold not open nor access the room where the router was located in order to fix it, potentially. Also I asked him to contact the Internet Provider, so maybe they could help and repair it, nonetheless, he was not willing to do that, just said: "Sorry cannot do much" which was a strong drawback for the duration of my stay.

Beach and the sea were close.
