The apartment was clean, big enough for a family or small group. The location was perfect, everything was close.

The apartment is in the heart of the center, so there is always crowd and noise. In the evenings you can hear the music from the restaurants almost all night long. It can be annoying depending on your priorities. The apartment is non smoking, but the terrace is not, so when someone started to smoke on his terrace on the 1st floor, we couldn't stay on our terrace because all the smoke came up. You should place a non smoking sign on the terraces too.

The apartment is exactly as great as the pictures. Absolutely 5 stars. Fully equipped, with AC in both rooms. The view is stunning from literally everywhere in the apartment, especially from the terrace. The beach is only 3 min walk.

For us the location was actually a bit TOO central :)

The apartments are extremely well thought-through and equipped: the parking places, separated trash bins, aircos and sun shades, mosquito-nets of the windows, etc. The hosts are also helpful and very responsive.

Only one thing but not related to the apartment : very noise bar close by , loud after midnight still.

Everything was perfect, very well equipped, cosy apartment with all comfort we needed( dishwasher , washing mashine, super nice terrace. Very close to the center and beaches .

Windows were not clean, no vacuum cleaner.

Rooms, code system for the doors, view, location was great, close to the beach. (4 minutes walk). I would recommend it to anybody.

Everything was perfect. Just a note to travelers - the apartment is on the 3rd floor with stairs only (no elevator), so if this could cause you any difficulties, consider a different accommodation options.

Sparkling clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. Fast response from hosts. it has everything you might need, including the parking spot next to the house. I can strongly recommend the apartment.

Apartment equipped with everything you need, modern, impeccable, free (covered) parking. It is 3-5 minutes from the port, terraces and the beach. Exceptional, I recommend 100%!

The location is near the city centre and the beach, the apartment is new, clean and cozy. There is free parking beside the house. The host was very friendly.

For a 4 night stay, more towels should be provided. If you expect to meet the host you will be disappointed, but everything works fine.

The location is excellent, walking distance to several beaches, shops, restaurants. The apartment is new, clean, beautifully furnished & decorated, well equipped, and the view from the balcony (we were on the top floor) breathtaking. No-contact entry (door code) is very practical. Owners/managers respond quickly to questions and are quite accomodating. All in all, worth recommending and visiting again.

Due to lack of soft furnishings/carpet etc, sometimes noise from other apartments was an issue, but that is a small gripe on an otherwise excellent stay.

Property and apartment were superb. Perfect location for harbour which is 1 minute away. Parking space very useful. Everything was comfortable, spacious, and the balcony was fantastic. Would recommend !

It was a really lovely apartment with a balcony, which had glass sides and the most fabulous views. Great location for swimming in the aquamarine water and then going for a drink or bite to eat at one of the numerous bars, restaurants or gelato shops.

Villa Lungomare is one of the best rental appartments I stayed. It is brand new. Everything there is of highest quality. Location is fantastic, it is very quiet, walking distance (1 minute) to supermarket and local backeries, marina, beach and restaurants. Fantastic view from the balcony. Fully equipped. Super place to stay in Malinska.
