The location is very good and the view from the balcony is absolutely the best in Dubrovnik. The host is very nice and helpful.

Everything was perfect and nothing disappointed me.

This accommodation is absolutely fantastic! A spacious bedroom overlooks the sea and the old city of Dubrovnik. The balcony is perfect to have meals and to enjoy the spectacular sunset. The flat is well equipped with anything you need for your stay. The owners are very friendly and always available for any kind of help or extra information. In only three days I managed to relax, visit the city and catch up with my PhD thesis. Everything was fantastic! I highly reccommend it!

Very well appointed. Apartment is cosy but has everything you need for a short stay. Nice but small terrace. Host very helpful as arranged taxi and early check in. Also provided lots of local information.

The kitchen was a bit small, but it was fully equipped if we wanted to cook..but with so many great restaurants nearby it didn’t matter as we ate out most meals.

We were so impressed by the professionalism of the team at Villa Leoni. Joseph was so kind and helped us get settled into the apartment. He even gave us a bottle of local wine. The location is outstanding. Just a few steps away from both the beach and the old town. There is a good grocery store 5 min walk away too. The views were amazing.

We enjoyed our stay at Villa Leoni. Spacious and well equipped apartment with a balcony offering stunning view of the Old Town of Dubrovnik and the Adriatic Sea. The host provided a good list of recommendations for food and activities, and helped us make booking for restaurant and transfer. Highly recommended.

The pictures were from other appartment, the one we stayed was less spaceous, actually rather small, but well planned, so it was not a big problem.

There is little to dislike about this place. everything is great.

The host Joseph was very proactive in keeping the communication open to your arrival time, so he can meet, very helpful with a lot of info to offer to make your vacation enjoyable. Very friendly and accommodating, he even helped with the suitcases. The Villa was very comfortable and clean. The porch area was nice and quiet with a view of old town and equipped with chairs and a clothing rack for wet clothes. The kitchenette also came well equipped with everything you will need. The great thing is there is a bus stop directly at the top of the villa (buses 5 / 8).

The steps 😃😱. Not much the villa can do about it but Dubrovnik is a city of steps and Villa Leoni is at the top of approximately 150 steps to the lower street and beach (you can take a longer route if you wish).

Joseph and family were wonderful hosts and very helpful both prior to our arrival and during our stay. Villa Leoni, was a perfect base for our holiday in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik. Having the balcony with the lovely view was great for breakfast or just sitting relaxing with a drink. The apartment had all the required amenities and having a small supermarket a 100m up the road was also very handy. All in all an excellent stay.

Incredibly well located to the Old Town. Beautiful seaview and partial view of Old Town. Shower worked well, and bed was very comfortable. Joseph was very helpful, and sent me loads of information regarding places to visit and restaurants.

Nothing but only that laundry needs to be done on other site of the block.

It's close to the old city, less than 15 minutes walk. The beach is only straight down the terrace. Parking space is available, a level above the apartment. The view from the apartment is terrific, 270º panoramic view. We have enjoyed the sunset throughout the stay. Joseph, the host, is very help. He gave us every piece of valuable information for sightseeing as well as dining. The apartment is clean and well decorated.

Gorgeous views, room to spread out in an apartment (including a great terrace, kitchenette, bedroom/sitting area and bathroom), and an easy walk down into the Old Town, without having to tackle stairs. The owners are exceptionally helpful, providing luggage and bathroom/shower facilities for guests after they check out.

Lovely modern property , with every amenity . Excellent location , helpful and friendly hosts . Shop across the road and nice little bar . As mentioned in other reviews, in keeping with most of Dubrovnik, there are lots of steep steps to navigate. To get to the beach from Villa Leoni there is a lot of steps to descend which is fine however the climb back is tough.

The village has an incredible views over the sea, with the old town of Dubrovnik & Lokrum island right there. The apartment is very clean & spacious with lots of facilities for those who want to self cater. The old town is a short 15 min walk away & steps leading down to the beach are directly outside the property. Jospeh couldn’t have been more friendly & helpful. He made us feel totally welcome & nothing too much trouble. Thank you!
