Without a vehicle it was a bit far for us (over 70s!) from Vis although closer to Kut.

Luka was very helpful and kind. He picked us up from the ferry and also took us to Komiza. Very spacious apartment and great views from our balcony. Nice big bed.

Furniture is a bit dated but really not much of an issue.

Nice location overlooking Kut and the harbour. Close enough to walk from the ferry but far enough to be relaxed and quiet. Really enjoyed the sunny patio with view. The accommodation was huge with 2 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, entryway, living room and dining room. Super friendly, relaxed and helpful hosts. Also, amazing value for the space, view and location.

Can’t think of a thing.

Villa Kate is on a hill overlooking the bay and the town of Vis-great view and peaceful from the balcony! The apartment is well appointed and comfortable. The proprietor, Luka, is very pleasant and helpful! We highly recommend this place!

The shower was a bath/shower combination. This I'm usually not really a fan of. The bathtub could become quite slippery and if I had the showerhead on the highest possible point, it reached my shoulders. It also wouldn't stay in place so we used an elastic band to keep it in place a bit. On the stove, the two gas pits didn't seem to work. Lastly, you can park your car on the driveway, but the driveway is very steep and narrow. This could feel a bit tricky. When you're approaching the driveway from the street you should enter it from the right. I once tried it turning in from the left but there's quite a bump so I scraped my floor/bumper. I also needed a bit of a run-up so coming from the right was the only way it worked.

We were welcomed with a nice welcome drink by the host! He showed us a map and recommended a few things to visit. Our stay was short so we weren't able to check out nearly any of those recommendations but it was nice either way :) This was such a great location to explore Vis from! The views were stunning so having a pretty large balcony was delightful! The apartment was far more spacious than we initially thought it would be. Everything was clean. The bedroom had a large bed which felt nice. The kitchen is well equipped if you'd like to cook a meal, the only downside was that the two gas pits didn't work. I couldn't hear any gas coming through. The two other electrical pits worked well.

Nothing to dislike, really. The host has already taken note that he'll advise future clients to make advance bookings to popular restaurants such as Pojoda if they don't want to be disappointed.

Spacious property with a little view of the sea & private parking. Friendly host. Made valuable recommendations of driving and walking routes, and eating places. Walnut liqueur was a nice touch and a good introduction to Croatian alcohol.

The way up in the heat was not easy.

This isn’t really a negative, it’s more of a warning if you have bags. There are two sides to Vis town. The ferry side was a good 15 minute walk away from the prpoperty with bags and it’s uphill. But the Kut side is nicer in our opinion anyway, which is the side the property is on.

Property was really nice. It’s got a vintage vibe to it which we really liked. It’s really spacious. We had a beautiful, big balcony overlooking the sea that we could sit on and have breakfast or relax in the evening. Bed was super big and comfortable. Luka and his brother met us when we arrived and they were really nice and easy going. We rented a car in order to see the island and we had no trouble parking at the accommodation. It was the best accommodation on our island hopping tour.

We liked everything!

The house is really spacious and all of us were impressed with the 2 apartments we occupied! Really comfy beds, the decor throughout was really beautiful, spacious terrase and stunning view. The two bathrooms in the bigger apartment came really handy!

Nothing, it was all perfect!

The host was very friendly and welcoming - he offered to pick us up from the ferry port which was so appreciated after a nightmare journey. After check in he.sat us down on our beautiful balcony and gave recommendations for our stay which were all fantastic! The apartment was beautiful and much bigger than expected, and the beds were huge. Thank you so much, we will definitely be returning.

Zvonimir has been a great host, very friendly and helpful. He picked us up from the port, welcomed us with a drink while giving us a lot of information about the island. Large apartment with all comforts and a great view on the bay. The location is also great, just a short walk from Kut
