Would have expected a daily bottle of water instead of just the first day of stay, very disappointed. Breakfast could have been better with more choice. Did not expect to have so much noisy building works very close by with a crane overhead and noisy drilling. Should have been warned of this as unable to relax on the balcony or by the pool as it was too noisy.

We liked everything about this hotel. Location, staff, room, bathroom and size of room and balcony were all fantastic. The reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable. All staff are a great credit to this hotel.

There are some building works going on next to the hotel with a large crane moving above your head when lying on the sun beds and therefore some noise.

Lovely choices at breakfast of both hot and cold food. Continually replenished. The staff were exceptional and a credit to the hotel. Always willing to chat and booked restaurants, taxis etc for us.

The breakfast was excellent. The location was great, everything walkable. I parked the car on the parking deck of the hotel. It was paid parking, but very little i had to pay. They have wonderful massage facilities which we enjoyed. The water view from our room was great!

Beautiful, serene hotel with great facilities and lovely warm and friendly staff in a perfect location within Split. Beaches to the left and the old town to the right - and all within a 10 minute stroll.

I think it was rather expensive and disappointing that on top of the heavy room price we had to pay 25 Euros a day to park the hire car

The location was excellent and hotel was lovely. The staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were good and the balcony and view were superb.

hotel was very nice, lady who checked us in was lovely, very friendly, Bar man was friendly too, breakfast was good. rooms were small but comfortable, unfortunately it was raining so we didn't get to use the pool. I was a little surprise to see graffiti all over the wall next to the hotel entrance, not a good look. In fact the amount of graffiti all over the city was quite shocking.

Everything about this place was nearly perfect. The only things I would change about the room and the hotel is to have shades for the bathroom windowsill as it wasn’t very private. With the lights on a night, people could definitely see into the window. Also, the hot tub could have been a tad bit warmer.

Huge beautiful room. Fantastic view. Loves the private hot tub. Outstanding, friendly service. Tasty breakfast. So glad to have two sinks and a large counter in the bathroom. One of the best places we have stayed ever.

No problems at all! A lot of other reviews call out the beach club nearby but honestly we never had an issue with this. We were on a higher floor and only woke up one night as it was closing and people were leaving. Had about 5-10 minutes of noise and then fell back asleep. Do not let this keep you from staying here. Hotel is amazing!

Luxury hotel with clean, large rooms, lots of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, and great location. Easy walk to old town and great room views. Even easier walk to the beach. Pool and lounge area is also very nice if you don't want to leave the property one day. Highly recommend. It was the best room we had our entire two week trip in Croatia, full patio was so nice to have.

There's a huge nightclub on the beach near the hotel that was very noisy all night on the Saturday we were there. The double glazing kept most of the noise out, but it was still audible. Not really the hotel's fault, but it was fairly annoying.

The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. The rooms were a good size and luxurious, with big balconies from which to look down at the beach. It's a good location not too far from the centre of town but also near the sea.

The terrace near the bar could offer some light menu for lunch. The swimming pool was cold in September. I would put a sun collector on the roof and use ir to warm up the water in the pool.

The hotel is very good quality and upscale. For sure it plana to aim for 5* in the future. The views are spectacular. With only 27 rooms it is cozy and the staff gives the family business feeling - always helpful and attending. The old town is just 15 minutes walk away, but you also have the beach and park vibe.

Hotel rooms could use some modern refurbishing. Music from club on the other side of the beach was a little loud at night.
