The poolside bathing area is small and without parasols. It was very hot during our stay, and finding shade on a lounger after 2pm is tricky. . Although there is an indoor area to sit in with table and chairs . The walk back from Boll is a trek after a relaxing evening - the extra expense of a taxi might be worth it !

The villa is superb in terms of its panoramic views, high spec of the interior, and undeniable dedication of the host Jaksa. Uniquely, the location offers one to one experience of the mountains wildlife. If you enjoy nature, there's plenty to see - birds ,butterflies and crickets that sing all day and night. We particularly loved the diving swifts! Apartments themselves are beautifully appointed, plenty of fresh towels including swimming ones. The pool is impressive with its incredible views and is exceptionally clean. Boll itself is charming and has good vibes going on. It peserves its class, even though it is busy. The food is good quality BUT nowhere near as delicious as Rank restaurant recommended by the host. It's a most go dining experience and very reasonably priced. Supermarkets are very well stocked and handy only 5 minutes walk. The beaches are impressive-stoney, though and 20 min walk. Waters are dreamy. A great boutique villa !

There’s nothing to complain about with Villa Franka

Villa Franks is a very well built complex and has well groomed grounds. The integration with the vineyard next to the site is also charming and better yet, it’s all authentic with the host having been born a few doors up the road. We loved our time there.

We thought property was totally non smoking but other guests were smoking by the pool. The hill down to the harbour is very steep so be prepared for a very good climb to get home. Great way of exercising off the calories after a delicious meal though 😁

We stayed in penthouse apartment which was stunning. The views of Hvar and Zlatni Rat were awesome.

The property is exactly how it looks like and much more beautiful. The location is perfect to stay out from the traffic but close enough to walk to the city center. The olive trees, the vineyards, the sea view and the crickets make it magic. We have loved the dark and the stars in the evenings and the pool was amazing. The apartment was equipped with all needed. There is nothing that we did not like :)

The Villa is set in a beautiful location, just a 5-10 minute walk away from the beach and it’s town/restaurants. There is a shop just round the corner from the villa. It is beautiful, well kept, very clean, super comfortable, and perfect if you are after a relaxing place to stay that is close to the town and beaches but also not in the hustle and bustle or where it’s noisy. it’s so peaceful and calm. The swimming pool is a great bonus, it’s a beautiful infinity pool and great for a morning or evening relax before or after your day. Franka and her family are wonderful people and they made sure that we had everything that we needed and helped us with planning our trips. They are really attentive and made sure we had the most wonderful time!

We had a fantastic week staying here in June! Jaksa was so friendly and very helpful. Our apartment was extremely clean and the views from the balcony were stunning! It is a good 15 minute walk uphill from the port but there are plenty of taxis. The location is beautiful and lovely and peaceful away from all the hustle and bustle. We even received a lovely bottle of wine made from the vineyards next to the property!

Great location in regards to being just outside Bol with great access to the beaches, hills, Bol and the shop. However, the climb up the hill was a little difficult in the heat.

Fantastic host, Jaksa was very thoughtful and accommodating. Really appreciated all the support and assistance from Jaksa. The room was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony was particularly amazing with great views. The pool was a real added bonus :)

The apartment was lovely - particularly the terrace which had amazing views of the sea, vineyard and over to Hvar island. It was about a 15 minute walk to the town and 25 mins along a nice shady promenade to zlatni rat beach. The host Jaksa was really nice and friendly, he picked us up and dropped us at the ferry port which was so kind of him! I would definitely stay here again!!

We really ejoyed our balcony and stunning view from the window. Room was clean and host provided us with sheets and towels. There is small kitchen equipped with everything you need, evel salt and olive oil! Jakša, who is the host, is very welcoming, helpful person! He has his own house wine and it is very tasty. You have to try it. Above all, the island itself is worth visiting. Snorkeling options are amazing, traditional food is delicious and you can really relax.

Nothing not to like!

This place was amazing. Beautiful setting just a short distance from the town with incredible views both around the property and of the adriatic - the apartment has a lovely balcony that compliments all of this. The property itself is very tastefully decorated with Incredible attention to detail. The owner was very accommodating and polite, picked us up and dropped us off to the harbour after our stay. He also produces and sells his own wine and olive oil, of which he gave us a gorgeous bottle of red wine for free. Thank you so much for everything, we will definitely stay here on our next trip to Brac - for longer next time.

Here just the location a bit out from the village on the hill. Perhaps more optimal showers (curtain). To be honest... hardly anything!

Really good accommodation. We had the studio apartment under the roof. Beautiful flat with amazing sea view. Good equipment available. Beds also good for a good and silent night. Hosts extremely polite and helpful. We can recommend it and would come again.

If you were above 183 cm, this bed might be a bit too short for you to sleep straight. You will have to walk around 10-15mins uphill from the harbor, which is fine to me, but if you hate walking up, you might need to reconsider it.

The room is very clean, the bed is cozy, balcony with a nice mountain and garden view, and the bathroom is very clean! It’s a very good choice to stay if you like quite!!! Kitchen is well-equipped, you can make your own mea pretty easily. This house is on the way to Vidova Gora The owner is very friendly and helpful!!! Thank you so much!

Although both these things were sorted out quickly our kettle leaked which was quite dangerous when boiling water went everywhere and we didn’t have a corkscrew bottle opener. The bedroom really needed air conditioning as it was very hot. The rooms were a strange mix of old and new and the lounge area wasn’t a comfortable space to sit in. The property and its surroundings were quite noisy - strimmers, loud conversations at night etc and when the room was in use above that was noisy too. But all in all we had everything we needed

The balcony was lovely to sit out on and the bed was huge and very comfortable
