Beautiful penthouse room! Everything was perfect.

We stayed in 2 different places in Dubrovnik and this was the best - very spacious , clean , good shower and comfortable bed , quiet , tea / coffee making , air con , windows . Very close to Buza gate and short walk from Ploce Gate where airport shuttle bus drops off . There are stairs down to the Centre and Main Street - it’s actually easier to walk around the walls to Pile Gate . We had backpacks so stairs we ok for us

The property was beautiful, extremely clean and a great location in the old town. Ivana was fantastic and gave us great recommendations when greeting us.

It was perfect! This is definitely the place to stay if you wanna stay in the old town. A bit further from the Main Street (meaning 3-4 minutes down the stairs), which gives it some quiet climate! Loved the fact that I didn’t have to go in the old town through the main gate (which is always crowded). Just a minute walk and a couple of stairs down from Buza gate (which is quieter). So clean and cozy. Bed and pillows: 10/10! And Ivana, the receptionist: 10000/10! Gave us info and a warm welcome after being so so tired.

Everything was good!

Good place in Dubrovnik old town, near the city walls. Everything is near - good restaurants and cafes. Host is very helpful and give you many information about city, where to eat, how is easier to get to apartment. You have coffee and tea in your apartment. Good A/C, but for our stay it was enough to only open windows. We had apartment on the top floor but it never was too hot! Safe and calm place!

Personally it was not a problem for me but if you are not used to going up steps maybe consider a hotel closer to the main street. But Old Town Dubrovnik is a lot of steps so you can’t really avoid them. No complaints from me about the property.

The location was perfect and close to Buza Gate so very easy to arrive. It was very clean and Ivana was extremely lovely. Would definitely go back.

It was in a great location in Old Town. But most of all, Ivana was so wonderful. She met us at the property, gave us a tour, and gave us endless recommendations of Dubrovnik and was so so kind to us! We felt so welcome and comfortable staying at the Villa Four Winds. I would recommend it to everyone.

The room was very beautiful in a quiet area with easy access which is very important when you are visiting Dubrovnik! Little details that makes the difference such as everyday house cleaning, a comfortable bed with a second smaller pillow ( I can't sleep with giant pillows), beatiful decorative lighting, beach towels, espresso machine! And last but best... Ivana our host, gave us a warmly welcoming with tips and suggestions for our staying there and always ready to help in any way possible! Ivana thank you for everything!!!

Very comfy bed, great pillows, very clean, very arty modern room. My host who met me was lovely and friendly. She gave good tips about the town and a great explanation about how you "can't get lost", which was so true! Air con good.

What a beautiful room, situated in an absolutely ideal location in Dubrovnik Old Town. Easily accessible. Ivana’s directions were very clear and straight forward. She was a very joyful host who looked after us well. The room was spectacular! Very clean, very comfortable, would definitely stay here again!

Really lovely characterful spacious room. Superb location . Directions were so helpful came in via the Buza gate so avoided loads of steps! Ivana was a wonderful host , nothing was too much trouble. The cleaner was lovely too. Would stay again and recommend to anyone!

The team were so lovely here, providing lots of recommendations for Dubrovnik and making sure we were really comfortable. Location is amazing, room was nicer than the pictures show, and we had a beautiful view looking out over the Old Town! Can't recommend this place enough! Wish we had longer here.
