My only suggestion would be to offer a washcloth with the bath towels and hair conditioner with the shampoo. That would be really convenient and make the stay a bit more comfortable.

The staff was so kind and thoughtful and willing to offer suggestions for meals and let us know about the nearby attractions. It was really fun to stay within Diocletions Palace walls. We could hear the music from the square, seek small breaks in the air conditioning during the heat of the day, get Gelato anytime we felt like it, and overall, the ambiance and vibe of the old town and Riva. Beautiful and comfy accommodations. An unforgettable view from the windows. Nice to have breakfast before starting our day. Thank you for a wonderful stay in Split!

Nothing about the room could have been better,, it was great. We did have a car and parking is very hard, there is a surface lot about a five minute walk but it was full when we got there so we had to drive around, the host was very helpful, he came with us and we found a spot, but driving in Croatia was somewhat challenging, the highways are fine but the city roads are ridiculously narrow and winding, no guardrails.

The apartment looked exactly or nicer that the pictures, it was just beautiful. Tomislav was our contact and he was amazing, really helpful with everything. The location is right in the old town, there is breakfast included, which is a nice buffet. The room is really amazing.

This review is for the two bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom with washer dryer “Penthouse” unit. It was a fabulous unit to stay for our group of two couples. It was located in one of the main centers and central to everything in Split. There’s about 50 steps to get up to the penthouse unit and then another staircase for one of the bedrooms. Toma and his associate met us when we arrived to carry our luggage at 11pm. Toma was also there to arrange excursions to Dubrovnik and the Krka waterfall and boating to the different islands. Breakfast was next-door at the central restaurant, which had a great selection and was so convenient. Recommend staying here as it’s super large, has all the conveniences of being in the home, centrally located, and great pricing!! The pictures on the website are 100% accurate as what it looks like inside!!

We got the 2 bedroom 2 bath and it was HUGE. Much larger than we thought it was going to be. It even had a full kitchen with a dishwasher. Location was perfect, right in the middle of everything.

Ideal location in the centre of the old town. Very spacious, beautifully decorated, comfortable bed. Driver met us at the airport and shared a lot of information about Split and Croatia. Our host Toma was very friendly and helpful. Loved the church bells.

The only minor observation was the noise from people outside at night. It seems loud if you have windows open, but I guess it would be like that for most accommodations in busy, touristy locations.

Wonderful apartment in an amazing location. The place is beautifully appointed and it's like staying in a castle. Management and service were excellent and very helpful. Buffet breakfast included (at a nearby restaurant) was excellent. Great views of the palace from the living room windows. This was a memorable place to stay and we can't wait to come back!

Delightful old world feel with elegant furnishings and art combined with all the modern conveniences you might want. Location in the old city was perfect. We opened the windows in the evenings and listened to the nearby concert in the living room. (And when it was time for bed, we retired to the bedroom, closed the substantial door and could not hear the concert.) Staff were friendly, accommodating, and happy to help when needed.

Everything was excellent, no complaints.

We stayed in the Superior Apartment and it was an absolutely excellent location, with tons and tons of space. Everything was updated and beautifully done. I cannot speak highly enough about the staff. They were so so helpful, kind, and friendly. They went above and beyond multiple times to make us feel comfortable, help with all our luggage, give recommendations, etc. They even saved the brides wedding day by digging through the trash for her veil. I highly recommend you stay here!

Showering in each room at the same time would cut off the hot water quickly, resulting in a cold shower. Maybe the whole building has a communal use of hot water boilers. Just, that part was a little uncomfortable.

I liked the location and comfort of this apartment, and the attentiveness and kindness of the staff. I have traveled to 12 countries so far, and this hotel was the most comfortable. I also liked the breakfast cafe, and the duration of my stay was during the split festival, and it was also good to see the concert in the square right away in the living room of this house.

Extremely unique apartments, creatively decorated, ideally located. Perhaps not the best choice for anyone with mobility issues (steep staircase) or those who demand 24-hour-hand-holding concierge, but for those who really want to feel part of Old Town Split history, it doesn’t get any more authentic. Surprisingly quiet at night, too, given that you’re located in the heart of everything. Attendant was warm & welcoming and extremely responsive to ensure our timely airport transfers. Loved this place! Perfect for groups of friends or families.

Had an absolutely brilliant stay at Villa Nepos. As a group of 6 friends we rented 2 apartments on the second and third floors. Whilst the apartments themselves were fantastic, it was the location that stole the show - arguably the best located accommodation in Split. Also, Tomislav was great with communication leading up to our stay and organised a transfer for our group from the airport. The apartments contain everything that you need during your stay - highly recommended.
