The property is as we expected and met all our expectations. The host is kind, and she gifted some oranges to us on the day of leaving. Also, the stay has all the basic needs. The stay is close to a bus station, which has a direct bus to the old town, also a supermarket close by.

The walk 385 steps up to our apartment by walk from old Dubrovnik town, but you can take a uber for 10€

The only downside was a cold first shower as we hadn’t been told we had to turn the boiler on…also there is no free airport shuttle service as stated on the main page which was one of the reasons we chose this property. However the location and view made up for that disappointment and we got an Uber for 35 euros

The view over the marina was amazing especially at night with the sunset over the islands. The property was like home from home, oodles of clean towels in the bathroom! Well kitted out kitchen with cooking essentials and a washing machine in the apartment.

I would say with a 3 year old kid and lot of luggage, the 60+ stairs did not help, but I believe this is common in Dubrovnik

The rooms were spacious with a well equipped kitchen. The views from the apartment were also good. The air conditioning was excellent, helped with the scorching heat outside. The housekeeper is very friendly and helped us with the laundry. The number 3 bus which goes to the old town is around 300m from the apartment.

Apartment could do with a bit of attention to detail, touch up of paintwork on walls, cleaning of kitchen rug, a few more items for use of families in the kitchen. Instructions of which bus that goes to the villa would be helpful (free bus pass comes with Dubrovnik pass so can save on Uber fees).

Amazing view of the coastline and great sunsets from the terrace. Hosts gave clear instructions for key collection and wifi. Apartment was modern and spacious. AC in all rooms was very welcome during the heatwave. Beds were comfortable. Not too far by bus/taxi to historical sites. Enjoyed our stay.

Too many small and useless objects making the rooms busy, including plastic flowers. Wish was more central (but perhaps more central would mean no such view, different price, no easy parking.

Aircon didn't work properly, and apartament got really warm.

We booked on a spot as we missed a ferry, and we were able to get into the property right away. Amazing views, apartment very clean and well equipped. Beautiful view.

Best view. Mornings and evenings with a wonderful view from the balcony and from the room. Further from the city center, but a taxi will bring you for 6-7 euros.

Nothing to dislike about this place. Only challenging part, the check in process but it's smoothly guidance by host. Better if you communicate with host earlier for easy check in. All is good, accept we have little bit problem with heater setting at bedroom & wifi connection .

I'm staying on Nov 2023, the host is very nice & friendly, i need to call the host for assist me to check in. The view of Dubrovnik from the apartment is magnificent. Parking is in front the apartment. Apartment facilities all complete and luxury except not had machine dryer. It's had 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, it worthed to stay in this apartment. It's felt like own home, will staying here if come again.

To reach the port and nearby restaurants, it's quite a walk down the steps, and to get back requires a bit of determination. (It's a bit of a climb). The view, the apartment, and the quiteness absolutely make up for this.

Appartement was top notch. 2 good bed rooms. Proper living room, 2 bathrooms With 2 toilets. AC everywhere and the view was stunning. Good kitchen facilities, spacious balcony. 5 minute uber from the old town (walking 25min) not recommended in the heat.
