Parking is expensive and may not be on property. Room was smaller than expected although not falsely advertised...just know if you have a lot of baggage you shouldn't book a standard room!

There's not really much in the way of a residents area or facilities Some bottled water would be nice, but the rooms do have a fridge so easy to buy your own.

We loved the location, which is handy for the old town and also the ferries to the islands. The breakfast was good, bed super comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful Great pizza restaurant over the road

Lovely and courteous staff - we were able to check-in to our room at 9 am rather than the standard 2 pm. Very comfortable and clean room with a superb bathroom and shower. Central location, a stone's throw away from Zadar's main attractions.

Room was small but comfy. Big clean bathroom and puffy towels. Number of city parking zones are nearby the hotel. The hotel is close to the lovely Zadar’s city center and promenade. The breakfast was tasty and full. The city center and s distanced from the beaches but it was a pleasant walk thru lovely old streets.We enjoyed staying in this place.

The personnel was incredible. I stayed in the hotel just one night, leaving in the morning to Rab island. Actually I did not need such a special and expensive hotel. But before my arrival I received such a great assistance via email, related to my further trip, that I decided to stay in this hotel even though I could not fully take advantage of what it offers. The room was very clean, the breakfast was delicious. What was important, I found out that the speed boat to Rab Island departures right round the corner. In the evening I enjoyed a good dinner as the location of this hotel guarantees good food all around. Great job guys!

The rooms are very nice and look very newly refurbished. Bed is comfy and the bathroom is very nice and clean. Breakfast is fantastic with a huge variety of different egg dishes on the menu plus rolls and croissants for those with a sweet tooth. Coffe is also very good and they offer smoothies too. Staff is extremely positive and helpful they all go the extra mile to make your stay pleasant. Absolutely recommendable !!!

The only disadvantage is that the hotel doesn't have any nice view as all rooms are in the ground floor only and you need to have the curtains closed throughout the stay

The parking situation was really annoying. The listing said parking was available but when I tried to reserve it, there were no spots available because the property only has three spots. The communication I received was that there was "a large public parking area nearby." This was not true, the area was not large at all and when we arrived, there were no spots available. The staff were very unhelpful and just told us "good luck finding parking." It made for a very stressful arrival.

Location was awesome, walking distance to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was actually prepared for a vegan traveler and made me vegan sausages and a tofu scramble. Best breakfast I had in Croatia and I appreciated that they knew what to prepare for me.

Very good location in the old city center with possibility to park next to the hotel (at reasonable additional cost). The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Delicious breakfast.

Rooms are exceptionally small. Our room was adjacent to the lobby which was a bit of a turn-off.

The room was smaller than the photos made it look. So small that there wasn’t really room for our cases. Also it was very noisy, both with fans in the room and from the nearby breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was distinctly average, and based on the reviews on this site we had been expecting great things from it.
