To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

IsraelRoom is smaller than seems in pictures. Bathroom is tiny and cramped. There's a pizza place next to the building and it smells like pizza inside the apartment.
Perfect location in the Old City and near bus station. Great for solo travelers. I think it would be too small for two people. Easy check-in and a smooth communication with owner. Kitchen is well equipped.

SpainThe location is great, the downside is there is a bar just next to the apartment and it was a bit noisy.
The room was nice and had all the necessary facilities, in the city center. it’s pretty small, we stayed only one night which was ok, but I wouldn’t recommended for more than several days cause it can be a bit too small. The owners were responsive and easy to communicate.

Fantastic Location in the heart of Sibenik's historic district and center of the old town. Excellent value for money. Awesome check-in and check-out process. Positioned next to a Pizzeria and Cafe Bar (can get a little noisy, did NOT disturb us). Comfortable Queen Bed. The Bathroom was adequate. The step at the shower extends too much and one tends to walk into it if not careful to get to the Toilet. Walking distance to most attractions. The unit was clean. We did not meet the hostess, however, Iva was friendly and helpful on the phone. [NO PARKING] - Not a great choice if you're in a car. Parking out of season 5Kuna/hour and from 01 June 10Kuna/hour. Parking is pricey.
