Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The place it very trendy, and you will see the interesting decorations on every corner. It's close to the bus station and has a bunch of restaurants around. Uber to the centre is not expensive, if you need to visit some other places of Zagreb. Overall, it was very quiet, the staff is amazingly helpful and accommodating. Breakfast is delicious and if you want a dinner, you can get it there too, but for a separate price.

Hong KongMinor improvements suggested: a shelf inside shower stall for holding soap/shampoo, a refrigerator in hotel room, and better coffee provided in breakfast.
5 minutes walk from Central Bus Station. Hotel lobby was stylishly decorated. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom was clean with steady supply of hot water. Breakfast provides good choices with excellent croissants, fresh fruits and eggs made to order.

We like how clean it was and the rooms were comfortable and had a Nice bathroom. The staff was great and helpful. Nice parking garage. The breakfast was okay.

The location was super, 8min away from the Central bus station. The hotel was very comfortable and simple, the rooms had everything that was needed and was also very clean, plus the building in itself was small, which made it cosy and not so populous. Perfect for short stays in Zagreb like I had.
