Spacious apartment in excellent condition. Located only a very short walk from main Street but quiet. Large bathroom with walk in powerful shower. Air conditioned. Nice little balcony with table and two seats and views over rooftops of old town and sea. Staff very polite and nice breakfast delivered on tray at time of choice.

Location was perfect! Walking distance from anything in Old town but quiet enough to get a good night sleep. Room was amazing! Big, clean and great view of the city. Breakfast was simple and good.

One very small suggestion: I always appreciate a bottle of water being available on arrival, especially if that is late in the evening, as was the case with us.

Fabulous location, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. Communication was great, so there were no issues with checking in, etc. Very nice breakfast delivered to the apartment, too.

Beautiful room but there was no toilet paper and the bathroom fan couldn’t keep up with the steam from a shower. No milk for my tea. I didn’t know to check WhatsApp so went to the wrong address first.

Just fair warning. Anything on one side of the city is up a series of stone steps. (Where this apartment is located.). We did struggle to get our luggage up to the apartment. So just be aware.

Lovely and clean with breakfast delivered both mornings. The bed was comfortable and the studio felt quite roomy. The staff was very responsive with information about restaurants and when we needed help with locking our door (operator error).

Located in the heart of Dubrovnik old town, this little gem is tucked away up one of the sets of stairs that lead away from the main avenue of the walled city. It is beautifully appointed and while small, is very comfortable with bed, kitchenette, dining table and a very modern bathroom. It was a welcome retreat from a busy day sight-seeing and we were always happy to crawl into the crisp, white sheets at the end of the day. We also did not expect to be provided a delicious breakfast every morning of yoghurt & muesli, coffee and croissants (my wife) and scramble eggs with salad, toast and tea for me. Thanks for a lovely stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent location and very clean modern facilities. Alen was very helpful and answered any questions we had all the way from Australia. The location is right in the middle of it all and can't be beat.

We would have loved a few more pillows and towels, but those are only minor inconveniences.

Our room was gorgeous and had the best view of the city. The only surprising thing about it was the amount of stairs it took to get not only to the rental, but also to the room - get ready for a leg workout! It was well worth it though, the room was fabulous and the views were *chef's kiss* stunning.

Steep climb up many steps to get to front door; Door locks were the strangest locks I’ve ever seen. They were not intuitive. Should not have to be instructed on how to lock a door. Bathroom needs a bar of soap for sink and hand towels. It’s such a nice facility with so many benefits, the check-in staff should provide more information.

Armin gave me a very friendly welcome at reception and made me feel very welcome. Armin was also very helpful in the following days. Room no. 16 with a balcony and a very nice view of the old town made my 3-day holiday even more enjoyable. The good breakfast on the balcony was a perfect start to the day. The room was like new, very clean and very quiet due to the location on the 4th floor.

The apartment was lovely, though a little overpriced. Some of the facilities advertised e.g toaster, coffee maker and microwave were missing, and storage for clothes was limited ie hanging space but no drawers. We also had trouble locking the door to the apartment, which was problematic when going out.

No beach towels and door lock very tricky. Very steep stairs to enter property as well as we had no 16 which was 3 flights up. Didn’t bother us but could affect others booking.

We foolishly had all our luggage with us. The stairs to get to the front door are a task with heavy luggage. It would be nice to have a laundry available.

A beautiful room right in the middle of the old city. This is a 5 star standard hotel room. Fully renovated. Amazingly quiet.
