Steep climb up many steps to get to front door; Door locks were the strangest locks I’ve ever seen. They were not intuitive. Should not have to be instructed on how to lock a door. Bathroom needs a bar of soap for sink and hand towels. It’s such a nice facility with so many benefits, the check-in staff should provide more information.

Armin gave me a very friendly welcome at reception and made me feel very welcome. Armin was also very helpful in the following days. Room no. 16 with a balcony and a very nice view of the old town made my 3-day holiday even more enjoyable. The good breakfast on the balcony was a perfect start to the day. The room was like new, very clean and very quiet due to the location on the 4th floor.

The apartment was lovely, though a little overpriced. Some of the facilities advertised e.g toaster, coffee maker and microwave were missing, and storage for clothes was limited ie hanging space but no drawers. We also had trouble locking the door to the apartment, which was problematic when going out.

No beach towels and door lock very tricky. Very steep stairs to enter property as well as we had no 16 which was 3 flights up. Didn’t bother us but could affect others booking.

We foolishly had all our luggage with us. The stairs to get to the front door are a task with heavy luggage. It would be nice to have a laundry available.

Breakfast can be improved in terms of options, but not a big deal. Also, would be good to have more hooks or stand to put the towels on in the bathroom. this is just an improvement option.

We stayed there during July 2024 for 2 nights. The location is excellent, right in the middle of the old town. The apartment is newly renovated and very clean. Some notes if you are considering this option: - upon arrival, you'll need to take the keys from an office nearby (2 min away) - breakfast is served to you in the apartment. You are given some options the day before to choose from and the timing. - since it is in the old town, you need to be aware of the old stairs that you need to walk (whether up or down) to reach the apartment, but this is something common for all accommodations in old town, so be aware of that part in case you have big luggage.

The only complaint is you have to wait for hot water sometimes if multiple people are showering back to back to back but this might be common in Croatia I’m unsure.

The best location ever, right in the heart of the city - walkable everywhere. The staff was absolutely amazing above and beyond. They arranged all of our transit and Our luggage carriers. When the luggage carrier fell through, the front desk guy came and helped himself! 100/10 they were fantastic and helpful and accommodating. Bed was comfortable and facilities were modern.

Unbelievable location in the centre of the old town. The interiors were sleek and modern in beautiful contrast to the old stone wall. Delightful staff. Wonderful having our breakfast choice delivered to the room.

The door lock was a little strange and reception a little hard to find but reception are on WhatsApp if you need them!!

This was the perfect apartment in the heart of the city with a view to die for!!! It was well laid out, modern and clean The kitchenette facilities were very good although a tea towel would have been helpful Breakfast may seem basic to sum but was perfect for us and as I said there is a kitchenette for those who want more Be warned there are a lot of steps…..but how else would you get a view like that Reception and staff were polite and helpful and even organised our transfer back to the airport Will definitely be staying here again

There are a lot of stairs from the street which is also up a lot of stairs. Generally there are a lot of stairs in Dubrovnik whether the streets or the walls which is fine but might alter your choice of suitcase.

Perfect apartment, new, clean, excellent air conditioning which was essential in the heat of July (e.g. 35°c feels like 41°C). It has a little kitchen with a 2°C standard sized fridge. The bathroom and shower are excellent. We particularly liked the balcony with its seats for a wonderful view over the old town. Each day breakfast is delivered from 7.30 to 10, you choose the time and one of 4 menu options. Comfortable bed and useful safe.

There are so many things you could’ve done better. Cici just inform the guest when they reserve that there are many stairs that are steep and dangerous. Breakfast!!!!

I think this property is incredibly deceptive. They sent an email the day before and told us the address. I am a very strong, extremely active and able 70 year old. What if you have mobility issues? We had to go up at least 15 or 20 steep and uneven steps carrying our luggage. I think we should’ve been told about this. Or someone should have met us to carry the luggage. Instead, we had to find our room and then after finding our room, we had to walk for blocks to give our passports to reception. What kind of service is this? We paid $500 per night per night. We helped some other guests of this “palace” up The stairs and They asked if I would help them carry their luggage. They had no idea where the office was give their passport and they had no key to get in. They were older than we were and I felt so sorry for them. Room number 12 was incredibly dark and had a bad smell in the room. Our room number 16 was nice, bright and open but to get there was approximately 15 to 20 intense , uneven and steep steps and then another 45 steps. Make you don’t order the breakfast. If you do, they deliver it to your room and it will be cold fried eggs and the choices are not good. Just go out someplace else and have breakfast where you can get a great cup of coffee, freshly squeezed, orange juice, and eggs that are . This is a very disappointing hotel and I am in this business.

Nice looking apartment but little thought given to needs of the guests. What is the point of having a safe that someone could walkaway with.

Central location, breakfast in the room first day was poor, dry white toasted bread with ok omelette, no butter or jams. Second day vouchers put on the door handle for the second day at local restaurant ,better breakfast. Would have been better doing this from the start. Office organised a taxi to the airport on the last day, best thing they did.
