The heater was not working and the room is cold on those nights. The beds are fine but it could have been a bit bigger.

The location is okay in the sense that it is only few meters away from the tram station. It is fairly accessible.

Bed was a bit noisy, but if you are a prince or princess, you should live in castle!

The host was really helpful and replayed really fast. She let me to check in earlier and it was so good to ged because I was really tired after tripping. Everything was clean, good bathroom and kettle.

It was great to be able to check in by yourself, they sent you a message of all the details and the process was simple. The room was clean and well kept. Although it is a bit far from the center there's a tram close by. I enjoyed my stay.

Internet is very slow to work. The upload speed is about 1 Mbps. This fact gave me a lot of problems. The bed is really very creaky as they say in the reviews. Also the shower is leaking a lot. There were constant puddles on the bathroom floor. And they left nothing for me to clean except for a very old dirty rag.

Basically you get what you pay for - this is the best price in Zagreb for a private room. Hot water is available all the time, there is a kettle and shelves, a work desk. There is a common refrigerator in the hallway. Good transport accessibility. The hostess was very kind and allowed me to check in much earlier. I also liked the system of self-check-in and the respect of the hosts for the privacy of the guests.

the location was too far from the old town that I wanted to explore. the trams were always packed and have very few seats and people are crammed on. Diffic;ult to watch for the bus stop as the stations were all announced in croatian. the fridge is in the hallway and to be shared wtih 3 other rooms....it is a very small fridge. The hostess was pleasant and answered inquiries except on my last day when I asked her to call a taxi for the next day and she said she was too busy. Only after considerable pressure did she agree to do so. I did not have a mobile to use in Croatia and did not speak the language. This rather soured my experience

We got very little sleep. The room was very hot and had no fan. We could open the window to let cool air in, as the owner suggested when we asked for a fan it was raining so a cool night. However, we were on the ground floor right next to a busy junction so could only partially open window for safety so didn't get much cool air and the noise of traffic kept us awake. Another resident banged our window to gain access to the property. There was a smell from the corridor. The room was damp, dehumidifier noisy . There was a used cleaning cloth of some kind left on the floor of the bathroom. We left after one night having paid for two as didn't want a second sleepless night and ruin our trip. .

The beds are way too noisy, even the slightest movement is super loud, so good luck falling asleep. If the beds were not so loud this would be a great value. Other rooms might be better, but the one we were staying in needs beds replaced asap, after that I am sure the rating of this place will go up.

Good location that is close to the medical facilities and near city center. Clean rooms, nice bathroom, even electric cattle to make tea or coffee is provided with the room. Parking is right up against the building.
