I loved the sympathy pf the owner, the location (5minutes to center by car, 5 minutes to beach on foot) and my room was perfect.

The only feedback point I have for the hostess is to install an adjustable shower bar for the shower head, since it will make washing your hair more convenient.

The views where relaxing, the hanging chair on the balcony was amazing. The apartment was very clean and fully equiped. The bed was comfortable and the hostess was very friendly.

They had all the plates and utensils I needed, as well as a refrigerator, but there was nowhere to heat my food.

The staff was very responsive via Whatsapp. The location was away from the noise, but still close enough to walk to the town (20 min). It was also, as close as possible to a beautiful beach. The property had gorgeous olive and fig trees, with grape vines all around. I very much enjoyed my 5 day stay!

The view was nice from the distance off the balcony, but right in front is a house and junk yard which kinda ruined the view a bit. The apartment is a studio so small. If I’m staying somewhere longer than 3 days I would get a bigger room or one bedroom apartment.

The balcony was definitely nice to have. There is a beach but it’s a difficult hike up and down and very rocky. The staff was amazing! They gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely eat at Juniors. We made breakfast every morning in the room and since the reception is at the bottom floor we were able to get spices, pepper etc

Its a really nice apartament, just beside de path to the beach. And its a 10 mik walk to the city center. Clean, nice and confortable! People were taking care that everything was ok. I recommend it!

If I have to say anything maybe the shower head is in a strange spot, but it works and the shower was a great size and maybe that’s just how it’s done in Croatia 😊

The room was perfect, the view was stunning, the bed was so comfortable!! The little kitchenette had everything we needed to cook basic meals at home and there was even a tiny but very effective and handy washing machine! This accomodation was the perfect place for us right by the most amazing beach. We love Hvar and Villa Fio!!

The hill is quite a hike with hiking packs, and can’t rely on public transport (unless you’re happy to pay for taxi) so it is a decent walk into town.

The host was lovely and met us with a huge glass of ice water on arrival which was a lovely touch as we walked from the port and it was hot! Very hospitable. Lovely quiet location

Exceptional kindness from the staff. Very nice, clean and beautiful accommodation. You can find here all amenities almost like you are in a hotel. Huge rooms with beautiful surrounding area. Accommodation is located but further from city center but just 2 min away from extraordinary beach.

Everything was great but keep in mind the place is on a hill, the highest one, so it might be sometimes tiring to go up and down. It wasn't an issue for us but it's important to note. Also the location Booking gave was inaccurate but you can find Villa Fio in Google Maps.

Maria was an extremely friendly and hospitable host. She went an extra mile to deliver us the comfort we needed for this vacation. Villa Fio is at a very picturesque location with an amazing sea view if you pick the apartment with the view. It's right on top of Pokonji dol which means you would hardly have issues with being from the first to get the best beach places. We could cook in our rooms and have quiet dinner on the terrace which is a big plus in contrast with the Hvar party and busy nightlife.

The final price was not what was writen on booking. Screencaptures of every step in the booking is necessary to guarantee the written price to be the paid price.

The uphill walk on the way back from the city center, but it is a very small "price" to pay if you do not have a mean of transportation.

Lovely house, just 10 mins walking downhill to the Hvar city center / port (15 mins for the way back due to uphill walk). Toni and Marija have been very kind and gave us many hints about what to do in Hvar (beaches, places to eat, excursions, etc.), accommodating all our requests. The room was big and very clean, fully furnished and with a nice opening on the backyard.

The room is very beautiful and the bed is quite big, totally double bed. The air conditioner, the wifi also work well and the shower is clean and with hot water. The owner is very kind and cared about me to get there. There is a beautiful beach near the stay, just 6 minutes far from. That was amazing and really recommend to stay here!

Marija is very friendly and helpful host. Appartement was comfortable and clean. Location is really good, not far from Robinson beach and few other beaches. There is takeaway pizza around the corner. City center is also not far away. Overall great experience. Highly recommend.

The host is very helpful, kind and caring. The accommodation is clean, it offers a nice terrace. It is located 10 minutes from the beach and 15 minutes from the city center.

Only the internet was pretty slow, almost unusable. Which is not that bad for people who are there to relax.

Everything was perfect. Marija was very nice and did her best for me to have a pleasant stay. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean and beds were comfy. It is at the end of the city but it is just 15 minute walk to the port of Hvar. Though, being on that location you will be very close to the best beach in Hvar, just 5 minutes from the house. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Hvar.

We were unlucky with our neighbors who pulled the chairs on the floor almost every morning which was a bit annoying.

Super clean apartment and very kind and helpful host. The apartment is close to the beach (5 minutes down, 10 back). We had a nice view to the sea from our balcony. Very well equipped.

The check in/out, the beautiful garden, the beautiful room, the aircon. The room had a boiler for making coffee, water in the fridge, some candy... there's a Studenac 400m downhill. There's a good beach ~50 m downhill (there's a steep trail to get to it).

Absolutely nothing! Everything was perfect

Everything was just amazing! It was super clean, had a nice lite quiet outdoor area with a drying rack so that you could hang your clothes and towels to dry. The AC worked really well. My room was at the back of the building and on the bottom floor and in addition to my little private terrace you could also sit on the front porch and look over the sea. The property is just a few minutes away from what I consider the best beach I Hvar and if you continue for another 20 min walk you reach some secluded beaches rural landscape. The owner is so nice and lovely and she always brings a smile to your face every time you see her! The property is maybe a 10 min walk to the centre and the closest supermarket is maybe 5 min away
