We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

PolandThe only thing that maybe could be more practical is battery/faucet to shower type inspite bathtub one. But thats the only thing- if I need to pick on something.
I have Never met a host so kind and peacfull. Mr Branko is very helpful and taksa care about you. I totally recomend this place for stay in Split. We are sure that when we will be visiting back this beautiful city we will be trying to stay there once again :)

Branko went above and beyond for me during my stay and I can’t thank him and his family enough for helping me out when I became very sick and needed some help. Because of Branko and his family’s kindness I felt extremely at ease and looked after which is a massive blessing when you are sick in a foreign country. Branko also arranged for transport to the airport at the end of my stay which also saved me a lot of hassle.

CanadaIt’s not luxurious or stylish, but comfortable. A little further away from the centre of town than I would like.
The suite is on the 4th floor of what looks like a Soviet era building, but the apartment is fine in it’s quaint mid-matched way. It is a clean, comfortable, simple room. The host met us in the parking lot and walked us to the apartment which is about a 10 mi walk to the centre. There is a shortcut through an adjacent lane which is kind of cool. We were also able to leave our car parked in the free lot while we went to Korcula Island. 10 min walk to the ferry.

IrelandThe apartment is in a great location, 4 minute walk to sandy Bacvice Beach and 8 to 10 minutes walk to the city centre. The owner is very friendly and helpful, and arranged a transfer from the airport and a late check in as my flight arrived late in the evening. The apartment was very clean, the bed was comfortable, it was great to have a fridge in the room. Would highly recommend and stay again!
