Beautiful room that is tastefully finished. The room is in the centre of the old town making it the perfect location. Check in instructions were easy to follow.

Couldn’t find the fault.

Everything, room was amazing you wouldn’t want to leave the room, location was perfect, restaurants, shops, pharmacy all just few meters away from the apartments. The owner Anita was very accommodating she let me to check out at 2.30pm the next day, this normally wouldn’t be possible but she did the exception for me so I could rest in the room before flight home, very good contact with the owner. Room was very quiet consider the location. Best room in Zadar.

The only problem I had was trying to switch off one of the inset ceiling lights at bedtime but managed it in the end.

Very clean and well presented. Stylish in a modern way. Very comfortable bed. Great location central to the old town and close to sea front and the port. Great communication with Anita who is very helpful.

Great spot in centre of old town. Beautiful apartment with everything you could need and whisper quiet. Bed was really comfortable and the bath was a real bonus. Anita was a great host and helped us with restaurant recommendations and advice on beaches. Zadar is a great place!

That's why we prefer not to stay in hotels.. what a beautiful apartment with an excellent location. In the heart of the center (we were amazed by the soundproofing, you don't hear anything from outside). Hostess responds quickly and correctly. It is a process of entering codes to get the keys. The nice thing about this apartment is that the outside makes you expect something different than what you find inside. Authentic on the outside and super modern on the inside. You step out the door and enter a restaurant or shop. Apartment is equipped with shower gel, etc. Lovely large and firm bed, extremely clean. Beautiful bath and lots of storage space. There is no kitchen but there is a fridge, who needs a kitchen when you roll into the restaurant..?! Later (we were too late for this) we understood that the hostess provided a wine / dinner in the city that evening (we went to see what a nice place that was. Wine garden it is called) Parking is a bit more difficult . You have to look for a parking space somewhere in the area and it is prepaid, so it is difficult to estimate exactly when you will leave. We had to throw in some coins in between. You walk through the city with your suitcases. This parking problem is in Zadar anyway. Despite that, we found it very worthwhile to stay here. If you want a wow factor then you should definitely be here. Zadar is highly recommended anyway.

My only reservations were that it was hard to get towels and swimming suits dry and some of the automatic lighting could be a bit oversensitive during the night.

This is a lovely luxury apartment. The bed is very comfortable and large, the bathroom is top quality with a great shower and a v large bath. Air conditioning works really well and the room is very quiet at night despite the location which is in a very convenient location in the old town. TV and wifi were excellent. Everywhere is in easy walking distance, and you can even be swimming off the Riva within 5 minutes of the front door. We stayed here for a week and were very comfortable throughout. Anita the host is very nice and helpful and replied to any questions we had very quickly, as well as arranging our taxi back to the airport. Very highly recommended if you want to spend few days in this lovely old city.

Same issue as most other with the lights being a bit difficult to deal with. We did have an issue with the Air con but it was resolved instantly & should not be a bother to new guests.

Excellent location with very responsive hosts. We had a couple issues pop up and they were instantly resolved. Surprisingly quiet for such a busy location. Modern & clean for an old town location. The bed is super comfortable.

We loved the Rino Luxury Room. New, ellegant, peaceful thou in the mid of everything. The appartment has every endulging facility one can wish for. The oner Anita, gave us exellent recommendations where to dine.

Easy and simple self-checkin (via a key box). Having had many stays whilst in Zadar, this one was amazing. The location is pretty PERFECT. It is right in the middle of old town, where all the best restaurants and bars are. You honestly can't get a better or easier location. It's next door to 4 kantuna which is an amazing reasonably priced restaurant that we visited 3 times during our stay. There is a baggage drop next door also, so you dont need to worry about check-in or check-out times. The apartment itself is certainly luxury, extremely modern and sound-proof too. You will not be disappointed. A lot of attention to detail to the small things has gone into the apartment. It's great to see that the owner has thought about more things than you need (like candles by the bath, a mini sewing kit). You will be lucky to find this place available -- so definitely book it before it gets picked up! Recommended for couples or good friend travellers

The location was perfect, in the middle of the old city center. Very close to the restaurants, shops and the orgel. Anita was Aldi very friendly and helped us with the bus (hours).

Everything that matters to us was perfect including location, cleanliness, comfort, style of apartment. Center located but peaceful and calm at night. I recommend to visit restaurant "4 kantuna" that is one of the best in Zadar and just next door. Also, need to mention that host Anita was very kind and helpful.
