You could hear very well when guest back from town ,but once they in the room you can’t hear anything.

Located in the heart of old town,room had everything even the cattle with tea and coffee. Perfect for 1-2 nights stay .

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Dubrovnik, especially the conveniently located rooms near fantastic restaurants. The only drawback was the slight discrepancy in cost due to currency exchange rates.

The room was of a decent size, featuring a cozy en-suite shower room. Its prime location in the heart of the historic walled city was truly exceptional!

The bathroom is nicely done but very compact. However it was enough for our stay and the shower was good.

Anna Marie was very welcoming and informative, making it easy to find the place to stay and also find our way around Dubrovnik. The bed was super comfy too.

There is no restroom you can use after your checkout, when you for instance store your luggage and xome back to take it before your departure.

Some noise on the first night from the bar down the street but it was quiet by midnight.

A mirror in the bedroom & more wardrobe space to hang clothes would be helpful, especially for a long stay. The bathroom was quite small with very little shelf space for toiletries.

Great location in the heart of the old town with lots of restaurants literally on your doorstep & only one street back from the Stradun. AnaMaria was friendly & always available via WhatsApp. She organized transport for us from the airport & also helped us with our heavy suitcases up the stairs to the property 😅 Room was a little smaller than expected because we had twin beds but it was very clean & fresh towels were provided daily.

Great location just back from the busy Main Street. Balcony overlooking the street. Luxurious big room. Very helpful host made our stay a memorable one. We loved the restaurants nearby and the recommendations of our host.

Some wardrobe space to hang clothes would have been useful & Some shelf space in bathroom. Room was small - perfect for us for 2 nights but would be a bit too small for a longer stay.

Excellent location right in the heart of the old town. Owner was really friendly, helpful and recommended some good locations/restaurants etc. She also organised an airport transfer which was amazing as it made it so much easier to find the accommodation. Room was clean, bright and modern - very nice!

The only negative I can think of is the stairs up to the property, but that is on me as I didn’t anticipate this with all of my luggage

The bathroom does not have any place o put your toiletries, the view out my window was a wall. The worst was when the staff that cleans the room, packed my bags and took them out of the room without asking, one hour before my check out time and left them underneath the front desk at the reception. I have never experienced somebody packing my belongings without my permission and felt like a violation of my privacy.

The location was excellent, walking distance for all the main attractions. Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms super clean and confortable.
