It was a perfect holiday! Nothing to complain about.

For us (a family with 2 children, 13 and 10 years old), the stay at the Premantura Resort Hotel was an outstanding holiday experience. The relaxed atmosphere, calm location, exceptionally friendly service (Zdenka was an amazing host!), excellent food (the best sepia risotto we ever had), large suite-like rooms with great views of nature from the balconies, a refreshing pool - it was just PERFECT! It´s a great location to explore the Kap Kamenjak nature park (renting a mountain bike and exploring the wonderful quiet bays all along the coast is highly recommended), the lovely village of Premantura (great icecream!) and the city of Pula. We will definitely come again and very much look forward to our next trip to Premantura!

Everything! Staff is super nice! They prepared us dinner almost at the restaurant closing time, and it was so fresh and tasty! Breakfast was very good as well. The location is perfect - you wake up to an amazing view and fresh air. Facilities are amazing - especially the wellness.

Noisy fridge. Beds are not on their prime. For me, it would be much more comfortable if on the floor would be carpet in stead of tiles.

New and spacious, great room with fridge and lovely bathroom, shower. Great breakfast and really lovely staff. Didn't try pool but looked great. Mix up with booking.com as we booked a sea/pool view but didn't get it, but hotel gave us a discount which we really appreciated. Loved Premantura which was quiet but still had restaurants down the road.

Describing the hotel as "beachfront", I would have expected that the beach is closer. There are nicer beaches a bit further away and in the National Park.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pool was great!

Nice and big room with lots of window. Was wery clean. We also liked the pool with salt water and the service on the pool. Its great for small kids. Sometimes they have live music next to the pool

nice outdoor pool, but the arrival of external guests from neighboring camps is very disturbing, in the middle of the day you practically cannot drink a coffee in peace, because there is no space, because the pavilion part of the pool is occupied by guests from neighboring camps, very disturbing, or rather the question arises here as to who has the bigger valid, hotel guests or external visitors

Food is really delicious, the best we have tried lately! Local fresh fish and sea food and homemade pasta, portions are quite big! Best carpaccio we ever tried, rich offer of breakfast, nice flavors and spices. Very friendly staff, kudos to the waitress Zdenka and the cooks in the kitchen👏🏻

Slightly awkward main entrance to our room tower. Room temperature was too hot for our taste and you are not supposed to change it.

Large comfortable room. Nice staff. Great breakfast. Many options, very tasty. very close to the natural park. If you are older or have mobility issues ask for tower A and also to have reserved parking in the front of the building. The back parking lot has a narrow spiral stairs to access the pool.

Pleasant ambience. Excellent rich breakfast with a handful of choices (hot, cold, veggies, fruit…) I was most impressed by the dinner because it was prepared by a top chef with love! That was seen on the plate!

Too small room, no king size bed. No bed for baby. Yet, too big living room. Shower leaks after use, but that wasn't a problem for us. !

The sea water next to the hotel is not as crystal clear as other beach sites in the kamenjak park. We couldn't see through the water when swimming. That is the only disappointment.

The breakfast menu is slightly adjusted everyday. There are lots of varieties and sufficient food available. The hotel receptionist is very friendly, the restaurant waitress are very friendly and always willing to help us. The dinner served there is beyond my expectation, and value for money. We especially enjoyed the evening Jazz Music the last night before we left, amazing music and talented musicians. The hotel is very clean. We didn't swim in the pool but it seems other guests enjoy it a lot. There are also good restaurants at 10 minutes walking distance. You should visit that little town. Better come with a car instead of flight, because renting a car during this time is quite expensive, we have mainly relied on taxi.

Everything. The dinner was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful and they were looking after the guests, all credits to them! I don't know their names unfortunately, but could mention the blonde guy at the reception on my check-in, who was very friendly and helpful. The lady with curly hair who was serving me at dinner time, super friendly and super service from her, she has been absolutely amazing, thank you! The blonde lady who was also very friendly and was looking after the guests. And another lady at the reception on my check out, super friendly and everything went smoothly. I'm sure the rest of the staff are nice too as the mentioned people are! :) The gnocchi with Istrian sausage and the steak... no words needed! Absolutely delicious! I wish i could stay more, it's been a pleasant staying and i hope i can meet with these great people again!
