You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Stuff was very nice. that's the best part of it. Hotel has big rooms but in the need for full renovation. Big parking in front. Located in the business part of the city, it's convenient if you have meetings nearby.

Quite a big 3 star hotel on the outside of town. If you are looking for a quiet place to stay with a convienient evening meal and breakfast included - then Porto is a good choice. We were caught out following a bike breakdown, and this place suited us perfectly after a long day getting things sorted out.

Perfect for what we needed as we arrived late and had an early morning ferry. Early breakfast at 6.30 was really useful too as we had time to eat before our ferry. Staff on reception were nice.
