Lack of animation and activities provided by hotel during the rainy days.

Great location and value for money. Breakfast is served from 7 till 13 h and the menu is slightly changed around 11 o'clock so it might be considered as brunch or even lunch. The guests are welcomed to visit the restaurant more than once during the service hours.

- Room was not so clean as we wished. Floors were dirty several days in a raw. We had to ask for cleaning on reception. - there is no fridge in the room

- At times noisy (noise coming from bathroom, probably from other rooms). - Uncomfortable pillows (not as seen on pictures, where there are for example two pillows). - Maybe more meat selection for food. - No refrigerator in the room (would be very useful to store drinks).

No view neighter on the "sea side". We got our "sea side room" facing to the pool which was very noisy and disturbing.

The only annoying part was the waiting time in line for breakfast & lunch. Due to covid, the number of people in the cafeteria was limited, so one has to wait for a table to be freed up before being admitted.

Overall, a good hotel, clean modern rooms with a beautiful sea view, good food (we also stayed in a way more expensive 4-star Valamar hotel nearby for a few days, and the food was almost identical there). Good parking. Overall, very good value for money.

The pictures make you think it is a more modern hotel, however it's not that modern. The rooms are okay, you have everything you need, but it's just a bit old. The shower door was missing a sealing rubber on the bottom, so each time we were showering, there was water on the bathroom floor.

The food was great, the staff was friendly, however they were very strict with covid restrictions. The beach was pretty close, but there is a good ~200m climb up the hill.

The room had a sea view and it was really nice, but we were just above the drop off entry, so when vendors were coming to drop off the goods it was really loud and was waking us up. Also, people would usually eat at the same times, and it would create the queues, but staff is really nice and was helping everyone to sit down, for us it was no problem.

We liked the hotel, the facilities and food. Staff was also really nice and welcoming. We did not take our dog wit us, but we like that it is pet friendly. Also, it was great to have laundry self service, a lot of people were using it, so you have to wait, but the feature is nice. Food was super good, just for our taste, since it is a brunch concept, there are a lot of options - fruits, salads, pastry, grilled meet, even seafood was served on Friday, pizza, all kinds of coffee, just amazing. We also felt safe in a sense of pandemic, everyone was wearing masks and the hotel was very clean! Great job.

The hot dining room. The wimpy A/C in the rooms. Coffee was weak. More caffeine! Aesthetics in hallways felt outdated. The HILL back up from the beach and restaurants.

Missing luggage room and showers before later departure. Late time of breakfast. Needed reconstruction of bathrooms. Staff’s lower knowledge of English. Insufficient guest’s awareness about the stay possibilities (beach, rental of sunbeds on the beach, trips, bus timetable etc.). Preference for Croatian tourists.

Free sunbeds at the pool through the day, variety of breakfast, perfect location near to the beach, clear sea.

The breakfast and lunch area is very neat but too noisy. Rooms are a bit small. The air-condition doesn't really do its job during night time.

This is a great hotel that offers good value for money. Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast and lunch buffet. We had some problems with our rooms but a big thanks to Dejana who helped sort everything out! :)

It is very clean in the room and in the whole hotel. Brunch was OK. The staff is very hospitable, kind and responsive. The hotel is situated in the best place in Rabac! The beach is close, just few min walking. I would recommend it.

Curtains didn’t block the light and they were broken. In the shower and in the sink water couldn’t go down the drain easily. I needed to stop showering and wait for water to go away if I didn’t want to flood the bathroom. During breakfast there was only one coffee machine so you need to wait in line at least 10 min to get a cup of coffe. During breakfast sometimes you need to wait to be seated because there is not enough tables.

Staff was really friendly and location was great. Best restaurants are just 1 min walk from this object. In the hotel bar you can find perfect playroom for kids.

- Breakfast started from 8 am. It is really late. There was a queue for a breakfast, sometimes 30 minutes of waiting. It looks like capacity of the hotel is over the capacity of seating places in restaurant. Lot of people is awake early in the morning, I would suggest to start breakfasts earlier than 8 am. - Queue for a coffee machine (only one for the whole restaurant). - Room was renovated, but the doors were in very bad condition.
