Always something to be improved. Air conditioning only has one relatively noisy speed (it's either that or off) and it apears it cannot be set to a temperature lower than 23 degrees. Restaurant can improve somewhat on food quality, and cocktail prices are rediculous. But all 'n all good value for money.

It really is a little village! Everything is modern, clean and very well maintained. Very quiet location within reasonable distance of the Plitvice lakes. Good wifi, even at the poolside, a lot of things to do, for free, including tennis court, minigolf, use of bicycles. Room also fine, and so are bathroom and shower. Personnel is really friendly and helpful. Lots of parking space, sunbeds, realy enjoyed our stay!

Location was good , breakfast and dinner were excellent and the staff were genuinely interested and helpful. Pool and other facilities were well looked after . The Village was quiet as we were out of season but I can imagine it could be lively once schools are on holiday.

The location of the property was beautiful, views all around and impressive first impressions of the building and surrounding areas. Staff were all very friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The food although minimal menu, everything we ordered was good quality and tasted great. The onsite activities where great for providing little ones with entertained and the fact the pool had a shallow area as well for kids was really handy.

Beautiful property great for families with complementary bikes, mini golf, football, basketball, playground, and swimming pool. Property felt peaceful and quiet despite being booked close to capacity. Modern spacious rooms. We stayed in the Jelna apartment and it was perfect for our family of 4.

The location of the hotel is amazing: beautiful surroundings. They also offer lots of additional free things to do (eg midgetgolf, tennis, sauna etc). Staff was extremely nice and help us with additional requests. The room was very clean. Also the restaurant is really good! Highly recommend

The place is very nice but I thing an other room than B4 that I had would be nicer. My room was facing the restaurant and the the reception so impossible to open the privacy curtain to have some view. At night, the parking light was very bright and the night curtains were not enough to block it. The air con is very loud and starts randomly, including during the night. The staff showed me how to prevent it to start but it re initialize itself a few times, maybe because of the power cuts. It is covered by a big box just below the window so it prevents the long curtains to close properly. No free of charge spa, it can be misunderstood from Booking.

The natural surroundings. Awesome views and great facilities for the kids. It is quiet, away from any circulation but still very easy to reach Plitvice park. The restaurant in the village is good with good prices. The mini fridge in the room: too small to hold multiple drinks and picknics before the hikes but very good for one or two.

The hotel was a bit far from Plitvice lakes but the drive through forests and villages was very pleasant.

New and modern facilities. Surrounded with green hills, mountains and forests. A playground, tennis court, basketball court and swimming pool. All beautifully managed.

The room was so hot, we visited end of April and the room temperature was set at 25 degrees, could only decrease it by 5 degrees which was still warm. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

The place is beautiful, very relaxing and comfortable. Close to Plitvice lakes, there is a restaurant on the property which is ideal after a day visiting the lakes, close to a town with a supermarket too.

The AC was not as cold as I would’ve liked.

The property was beautiful, I wish I could’ve stayed for a few days. The grounds were well-maintained, they had a beautiful pool and a playground. We were not able to use because we were on a tight schedule, I’d love to come back and spend a few more days there. The restaurant on site was very good as well. We had appetizers and wine when we came in late and breakfast in the morning.

My only problem was with the person staying above us, they were making noise after 11 pm (talking loud, dropping stuff, running around), while we were trying to sleep and prepare for a another adventure the next day. So the rooms aren't sound proof..thin walls..

Everything was perfect. The equipment for all the sports were free. We had lots of activities to do when we decided to stay in. The food was good, but not too many choices. We got an extra cheese appetizer. My daughter loved it so much, she was sad to leave..she was always excited to eat at the restaurant and play at the kids playground. We couldn't enjoy the pool so much, because the area where it is positioned was always much colder than the temperatures at the waterfalls for example..
