Everything, Hotel clean , staff fantastic, Halfboard in the restaurant was more than expected. Plenty of advice on where to go and what to see. Well positioned Hotel for us to visit split and dubrovnik.

The location is a little isolated and it seems the season starts on 1st June but not sure that means more restaurants and coffee places will be opening up

Drinks are not included in the dinner price /even water/ and this was not announced in advance. We were given the bill upon departure. And one more small but annoying thing - there was no bottled water provided in the room upon our arrival. You expect this in a 4 star hotel.

The hotel is nice and clean. We didn't get to use the spa area because we only stayed for 1 night. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We had a large terrace but it faced the road and it was quite noisy. We had breakfast and dinner included. The food was delicious /the desserts not so much/.

Quality of daily cleaning of room could have been better.

Excellent huge room 33m2, very well equipped. Big shower and toilet. Pool area was very nice, we did not have a chance to use it. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices.

This is a serious hotel that should be rated 5 stars. I was on the motorcycle tour alone, just riding with no cause. Dropped by to sleep over to get rest, but hotel was so great that I decided to stay for one more day.

The food at pool bar does not provide value for price and is not of good quality. It is absolutely odd that the guests cannot get a glass of tap water especially after spending entire afternoon eating and drinking at the bar.

Clean hotel with comfortable rooms and beautiful sea view. The staff was very pleasant and always ready to help or make you feel welcome.

The front desk manager, Stepo, Anna and the restaurant manager Gabriella were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. During our trip to Croatia and Italy, we stayed in 6 different hotels, including 5 stars hotel and Plaza Duce still the best!

The only downside was its location is 45 minutes walk from Omis the nearest town.

it’s out of split (which we were looking for after a few days central)

remote control blinds. amazing views. friendly staff where nothing was too much hassle. buttons to order drinks by the pool. happy hour cocktails. pool area was incredibly clean and tidy. good quality and clean sun beds. breakfast was amazing. I hope to come back soon!

- too many extra-charges for thing that shoud be included like: * parking: we had luck and we found a parking spot in front of the hotel, but the garage was 12€/day * sunbeds at the hotel private beach (should definetly be free for guests) * drinks at dinner (buffer dinner with various food, not all of then cooked well and no free drinks. For a bottle of water we had to pay) - they had champagne and other eye-chaching stuff, but raw steak and monosodic glutamate tasting soup (I would prefer better cooked meals than champage at the breakfast) - the best food was the most simple one (fries, pizza, deep fried...) - far from Omis city center

- spacious room, very clean and with an amazing view to the Adriatic sea, we had one of the best rooms (13th floor) on the corner, where the balcony was very big (olso with sunbeds) - shower and bathtube (suitable for 2 persons) in the bathroom - good and various buffet breakfast, good coffe - quality cosmetic products (Rituals) - nice and helpfull staff - very good cakes

- staff = amazing - room was big, clean and outstanding with a perfect view - food; we were there 7days, there was everyday something different, everything was delicious I don't have one bad argument about this hotel. It was a perfect experience. I highly recommend.

Gap between the glass on balcony let smoke through from next door apartment when trying to sit outside, not a pleasant experience.

The parking situation and squeaking umbrellas at the pool. The plates at breakfast could be partly cleaner and not wet.
