Poolside bar was very expensive (€5 for a bottle of water and €17 for a club sandwich). Some staff were quite rude upon arrival and wait time for check in was 30/40 minutes. Room wasn’t entirely clean and we were only given one towel.

Lovely rooms with very comfortable beds, good breakfast and great location.

The room was small, shower was leaky it said we would have park view we didn’t have any view besides a back road, I didn’t realise I should have requested balcony we had none but that must have been something I missed when booking

Nothing really to dislike about it - range of guests the pool was a little busy with lads/hen holidays but great atmosphere! There were some families too which was nice :) rooms are a little small!

Great location just out of the busy marina. Breakfast was good - so much choice! Rooms were nice and clean and quiet considering the hotel is fairly busy!

The front guest employees were not helpful, didn’t know much, the hotel is not accessible at all! During our stay the system went down and we didn’t have electricity for a few hours! It doesn’t have a shuttle to and from the port, unlike other hotels, which make getting around with bags very hard!

The restaurant and breakfast where great! The room was good and the pool is beautiful!

If I had to be really picky it would be that in some areas there is a hostel feel, mainly reception but at such amazing value that isn’t really a negative

An absolutely stunning location , spotlessly clean , and lovely staff . Pay the little extra for a superior sea view room and you won’t be disappointed. Amazing views of the neighboring islands. The value this property represents is the best in town by far. Pool and loungers etc probably marketed more towards younger 20 something’s but thats not a bad thing , I just felt a little old , lol ! Loads of loungers etc

The hotel stupidly booked us into a room situated in the same hallway as a school trip, with them on either side of us. There was extra noise than expected obviously since they are children, I went to reception to ask to move room and a female member of staff refused saying they were fully booked, they don’t have authority and that all they can do is ask them to be quiet. I didn’t want to complain, or tell the kids to be quiet they should enjoy their holiday. It was the hotel at fault not the kids, they should be aware of the inherent risks of accommodating a school group within their hotel. I spoke with the manager the following morning, she moved us room instantly, yet she couldn’t the night previous when I asked that female colleague to phone her. No apology from the manager. For the rest of our stay the hotel seemed nowhere near full capacity. Staff need more training.

Lovely hotel, pool area is gorgeous and brilliant breakfasts in the morning! The location was brilliant, I’ve been to Hvar a few times but my first time staying here and would stay here from now on! Very nice mix of family and friends here as well. There are a few ways to access this hotel and can access by car from the harbour or a lovely walk but is very hilly

There are no lifts in the accommodation blocks, so we had to carry our large, heavy suitcases up the flights of stairs.

The biggest issue was the amount of stairs. There are no elevators and tons of stairs. That meant that we had to lug our bags up multiple flights of stairs. Also, the double room was very small.

Overall this was a great hotel. It was nice that it was a bit out of town but still an easy walk to old twon. The staff was great and the rooms were cute.

Aircon wouldn’t stay on at a consistent temperature

Really accommodating, allowed to use the pool & facilities prior to check in and after check out. Lovely buffet breakfast in the morning and the pool loungers were incredible. Short walk to centre of Hvar

There are no lifts. and no porter service....so it was very hard to bring up suite cases. Even with charge , we are vert happy if they have porter service.

Music at pool was a bit loud.

Staff at reception were excellent. Especially the fair haired lady. They accommodated our requests. We were very impressed when a Birthday cake was delivered to me for my Birthday. Very thoughtful.
