These are all minor issues as the hotel and holiday was definitely 10/10. Pool too small for the size of the hotel, had sun beds well away from the pool. Car parking difficult when the hotel was busy. Smoking by guests in outside but public areas. Late night (4 am) off key loud singing by Conference guests.

Truly an exceptional hotel, a bit like hotels used to be in the good old days with an abundance of helpful & cheerful staff. We stayed half board and the breakfast and evening meals were out of this world. The choice and quality of the food was unbeatable. We also paid a little extra for a room with a wonderful sea view and private balcony.

Our room wasn’t that much clean at the first day. Everything else was very good so it’s okay, but the windows were very dirty and the bathroom was full of hairs and toothpaste at the mirror.

Some of the exterior of the hotel needs some refurb work doing, mostly aesthetic and didn't impact on experience at all.

Food selection was great and really good quality. Room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Spa facilities were excellent - sauna and steam room both immaculate and plenty of space. Indoor and outdoor pool were superb, great views, super clean and plenty of sunbeds. Overall resort really well presented, grounds kept in good shape and everything you need for holiday.

I wanted to express my great satisfaction following my recent stay at the Hotel. Breakfast every morning was a real pleasure. The variety of options offered was impressive, catering perfectly to different diets. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit, homemade pastries and the different hot options. The service was quick and friendly, and the dining room was always spotlessly clean and welcoming. My room was a haven of peace. Extremely clean and well maintained, it offered all the necessary comfort. The bed was particularly comfortable, ensuring restful nights after busy days. I also appreciated the little details, like the quality toiletries and the fast, reliable Wi-Fi. The sound insulation was excellent, ensuring a calm and serene environment. The hotel swimming pool was a real asset. Always clean and well maintained, it offered a perfect relaxation space. I really appreciated the opportunity to relax by the pool after a day of sightseeing. The location of the Hotel is simply impeccable. Located by the sea, easy to reach major tourist attractions, restaurants and shops. The proximity to public transportation was also very convenient. The price of the dinner buffet is a bit excessive, and the stairs coming in from the outside are not mobility impairment friendly.

Lovely hotel with kind helpful staff. The breakfast and dinner were exceptional and the view is amazing. There are lots of beaches and trails around the hotel. The spa facility in the hotel was very nice, but they’re unfortunately missing the cold pool.

1. The beach isn't serviced while the hotel is marketed with beach access. 2. we ordered room service, they added an extra charge just to deliver it to the room.. which defies the point of room service.
