Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesIt is located a little far from the historic central, but we knew this before we arrived. Bring your walking shoes!
The Villa Confort Exclusive was a roomy, simple and clean studio apartment in on the outskirts of the medieval city of Rovinj. It is located about 1.5 km from the historic city center and beautiful seaside park. Lidia, the innkeeper, gave us a warm welcome and was very customer service oriented. We appreciated that she let us check in before the posted check -in time which gave us more time to explore the city. A very nice complimentary buffet breakfast and free parking in a private lot are included in the price.

PolandApartman is located near to the Cuvi beach entrance. The beach is very quiet - no any motorboats, bananas etc. Sea bottom is rocky - swimming shoes is a must. The apartman is equipped with everything you need, air condition working very well. The host is super nice and helpful. The car parking with the roof is 2 mins away by foot, and the car stays in the shadow. Walking time the Old Town is ~ 25 mins. We had fantastic holiday here :)

RomaniaThe location is in a quiet area, it’s a bit longer walk to the old town but it’s a nice walk to it. Cuvi Beach is at walking distance and there you have plenty of nice places. Clean, AC and private parking space for all visitors near the building. Breakfast - very good with lots of options and fresh local fruits. Owners and staff - very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great! Location is close to a great beach and to Rovinj oldtown as well. I have been travelling a lot, but such a great breakfast I hardly experienced. Hosts, Lydia and her husband were super friendly and caring.

The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The apartment is in an excellent location, close to the beach and not far from the city center, extremely clean and tidy, maintained on a daily basis. The breakfast is excellent, for everyone's taste. Bickles can be rented from the hosts, which we especially liked. Absolutely pleasant stay.
