The staff is the best. All of them gave great service and support, Ante and Mato (mozgovi) , Ana, Josipa, Tamara, Jelena, Hanja and Marijana. We will come back soon to the hotel and hope will see them again.

SloveniaThere aren't enough parking spaces in front of the hotel so we had to park somewhere else (it was still free of charge, but it was a 5 min walk uphill from the hotel to our car).
Very nice new hotel, the decor was beautiful. Friendly and helpful staff. The location is good, close to the sea (maybe a 2-3 min walk to the beach). Our room was nice, but maybe a little small. Very nice bathroom and shower. The breakfast was very good, with so many options.

The staff are very thoughtful and helpful, going out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The spa facilities are great, and use of the sauna is included in the room rate. Breakfast and dinner were great and very good value for money. Overall, we were delighted with our stay and we will come back here

Excellent service, team cooperation, delicious breakfast a la carte and great variety of buffet options as well, such a lovely view and really 10 out of 10 score. The cosmetics in the bathroom is high quality with exclusive mix of essential oils , the room is spacious and with extremely comfortable bed.

The hotel is beautiful and very clean, which is a must for me. The food was great providing quality and variety… there was something for everyone. My five year old loved the service , she became friends with Ante for breakfast and dinner. He definitely set the bar high for service and overall friendliness. We will be back for sure!!!

It's a modern hotel on a good location, near to the beach. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner are great. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet and spacious enough.

SloveniaNot all the rooms have a balcony. Our room didn't, which was a bit inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang towels from the beach.
The holiday was great. The hotel is very nice and cozy. Everything is new and fresh. Located 2 minutes from the beach and many restaurants. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The staff is incredibly responsive. It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel arranged a flowers and a cake in the morning, my daughter was delighted.

UkraineFamily room without balcony is not a good option, there is no space where to dry towels and swimming wear. Bad smell was in the room, after complaints personnel tried to fix it but it didn’t help unfortunately.
Restaurant service and menu are extraordinary! Very good spa zone with sauna and relax room.

Czech RepublicThe hotel is located on a small but quite busy street (most people from Baska Voda have to pass under the hotel windows). This means noise from passing cars (and especially motorbikes) 24 hours a day. I didn't get much sleep because of this, but sitting on the balcony in the evening isn't exactly pleasant either. There is no door in the shower, only a small screen, so the bathroom is wet after bathing.
Excellent food, mainly dinner. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to the restaurant staff as they took our stay to the next level. The hotel is new so all the facilities are in very good condition.
