Excellent service, team cooperation, delicious breakfast a la carte and great variety of buffet options as well, such a lovely view and really 10 out of 10 score. The cosmetics in the bathroom is high quality with exclusive mix of essential oils , the room is spacious and with extremely comfortable bed.

Our stay at the Noemia was absolutely flawless. From walking in to the hotel all the way to the service for breakfast and dinner, we were amazed at the quality of service. The hotel is beautiful and very clean, which is a must for me. The food was great providing quality and variety… there was something for everyone. My five year old loved the service , she became friends with Ante for breakfast and dinner. He definitely set the bar high for service and overall friendliness. We will be back for sure!!!

Parking space is partly in front of the hotel and partly on another location, it costs 10 € per day (but we knew that before our arrival).

It's a modern hotel on a good location, near to the beach. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast and dinner are great. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet and spacious enough.

Not all the rooms have a balcony. Our room didn't, which was a bit inconvenient as there was nowhere to hang towels from the beach.

The holiday was great. The hotel is very nice and cozy. Everything is new and fresh. Located 2 minutes from the beach and many restaurants. There is also a supermarket and pharmacy nearby. The staff is incredibly responsive. It was my daughter's birthday and the hotel arranged a flowers and a cake in the morning, my daughter was delighted.

Our stay at this property was amazing in everyway. The staff were brilliant, especially Ante who was especially personable at mealtime. Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were exceptional and our only regret is that we didn't eat dinner at the hotel more often. This will be our first choice of hotel when we return. Thank-you for an amazing stay!

Family room without balcony is not a good option, there is no space where to dry towels and swimming wear. Bad smell was in the room, after complaints personnel tried to fix it but it didn’t help unfortunately.

Restaurant service and menu are extraordinary! Very good spa zone with sauna and relax room.

The hotel is located on a small but quite busy street (most people from Baska Voda have to pass under the hotel windows). This means noise from passing cars (and especially motorbikes) 24 hours a day. I didn't get much sleep because of this, but sitting on the balcony in the evening isn't exactly pleasant either. There is no door in the shower, only a small screen, so the bathroom is wet after bathing.

Excellent food, mainly dinner. Very friendly staff. Special thanks to the restaurant staff as they took our stay to the next level. The hotel is new so all the facilities are in very good condition.

Air condition in the room wasn’t working properly which wasn’t convenient considering it was 27 C outside during the night. Turns out adjusting the temperature in the room wasnt working and it was neccessary to turn on automatic air condition when not present in the room to keep the room fresh & cold. All in all managing the aircondition was a bit challenging.

We arrived weary and were assigned three rooms for our family of 5. They were close to each other, as we had requested. When we noted one room had an unexpected smoke smell from prior occupant, they politely, quickly, and kindly offered another room. Breakfast is exceptional. I loved the salmon Benedict, but so much to choose. Bar makes carefully crafted cocktails (and mocktails). Staff in every part of the hotel was exceedingly kind and competent. They helped us plan some post-stay activities to visit Krka and zip line near that park. Will definitely stay here again.

Above all the expectations!!!! The best hotel in Croatia!!! Great food, staff and location 😊 always choose half board because the food is really delicious and they offer gluten free options as well! If I had the opportunity, I would give at least 7 stars to the place😊all in all, we highly recommend this hotel 👍😊

A few more snack options in the mini bar would have been good.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We could not fault them at any time, they went above and beyond to help us including when our daughter was unwell. The hotel has clearly been quite newly refurbished and all the facilities are lovely. We took half board at the restaurant and found the food to be fantastic, good options of both local and familiar dishes as well as cold buffets.
