AustraliaParking and driveway to hotel are narrow and awkward to get into. We didn’t like the location as we would have preferred to be in the old town but as this was our first time we didn’t know the locality.
The hotel is modern, clean and lovely. The breakfast is included and it was exceptional. Bed was comfortable. Room is a good size and the balcony is great for enjoying the views.

United KingdomRooftop pool is quite small and pretty much suitable for children only. The poolside bar closes quite early (7pm).
We have ended up in a very nice sea-view room on the top floor (3rd). Good size of the room. Outstanding breakfast buffet. About 3 minutes walk to the seaside and promenade running along the shore.

The staff were kind and welcoming, really thoughtful for this. The breakfast was delicious, the room was very comfortable and clean. The location was perfect for us, because of the peacefulness. However it takes 15-20 min to reach the center by walking along the riviera pathway. The view from the top is amazing. The indoor playroom was highly appreciated.

Clean, tidy hotel. Well maintained. Peaceful environment. If you are thinking of driving - I recommend it. I found a parking space quite easily in the hotel area.

United States of AmericaThe only thing i would say is it’s advertised as free parking but there are not many spots for it to actually be free. We ended up having to pay in the garage. It wasn’t too expensive but when it says free parking I expect there to be enough spaces for everyone. Our rooms shower was odd. You couldnt fully shower without the water overflowing. We told the front reception area about it and they came to see if it was clogged but i think its how the tub is. Its so shallow and not able to get the water to drain fast enough. Only other thing is the pool. As clean as it is, there is mold buildup and some areas that are broken along where the water falls. Minor details but would be great to see replaced and cleaned.
It was very clean upon entering the hotel. Our room was very clean as well and so were the halls. It smelled amazing wherever you went. Also, the breakfast served was phenomenal! The stage everywhere was so friendly and treated us great! The extra bag of diapers and wipes was so thoughtful. The pool and the views were great!!!

The hotel is clean and elegant. Breakfast was the best, variety of healthy choices allowed to make tasty meal. There is terrace where you can eat. Close to the beach. There is also possibility to use jacuzzi. The staff were very nice and helpful. I recommend this hotel a lot.
