24 hour check-in was great as my evening flight was delayed. The hotel is in walking distance to the bus terminals, perfect for a short stay in Zagreb before onwards travel. Breakfast was included with the room.

My overnight stay at this hotel was generally satisfactory for a quick stopover during my road trip. The room met my basic needs, but the breakfast left much to be desired. The limited selection, unpleasant odour in the dining area, and sticky surfaces were off-putting. The eggs were bland, and the coffee was subpar.

I guess that this isn’t up to the hotel, but there aren’t really any facilities close to the hotel, such as cafes/restaurants, or grocery stores.

Clean room with all necessities, very generous breakfast consisting of several warm and cold options. The room is well isolated from the outside traffic. The hotel is close to the central bus station and close to a tram stop.

The dining area could be bigger, gets crowded fast.

The room was cozy, had all essentials needed for an over night stay. There were multiple options for breakfast for both sweet and savory options, such as fruits, yogurts, deli and cheese. options as well as pastry and cookies. The coffee was great. Several tram lines are near by, useful for going around the city in any direction.

The bathroom is really small and there is an unpleasant smell coming from the drains. NB: (not a negative about the hotel but worth mentioning ) We arrived from the railway station and caught a taxi to the hotel. The official taxi company is 1717. We were charged 8 times the usual € by not knowing this. This is apparently a common occurrence.

The hotel is well located just 5 minutes walk from the bus station (which is huge and has many food options) The hotel is out from the main city but the tram is directly across the road. The receptionist ,Vedrana was exceptionally kind to us. I was not well , when I arrived many hours before check in time and she organised early access to our room and gave us coffee and strudel in the breakfast dining area. The beds were comfortable and there was a small balcony. Breakfast had many choices including eggs, cereals, pastries , fruit and cold meats.

You can feel the stench of sewage in the bathroom, which seems to be a big problem of this hotel. The solution with opening the window is not acceptable considering the heavy traffic. Definitely not for long stay.

Members of the immediate family who stayed in the hotel gave their opinion: Breakfast is solid with enough choices. The room was clean. The hotel is a bit older and needs renovation, but as expected as seen in the pictures. Very close to the bus station, which is why it was chosen.

If you sleep with open terrace door it's better if you have earplugs with you because the street below a little bit noisy... otherwise no complaints

The parking is annoying as it is not readily availible and you have to wait for somebody to open the gate and the entrance of the parking is not visibly marked; you have to actually cross the pedestrian walking.

Very comfortable beds and pillows . Staff are helpful. We got there at noon by bus and the staff give us our room key so we can rest. Walkable to Zagreb bus station. Tasty breakfast too.

The shower is a little bit too small and while you’re in the curtain keeps touching you.

The staff is very friendly and nice. The room was clean and spacious enough for a single room. The hokey is located quite far from all the main attractions, but very close to the bus station.

The smell from the drain is pretty bad both in our room and in the WC by the lobby area! Otherwise I had a pretty good stay at the hotel but I would looked for different places next time because of the smelly drain.

The buffet breakfast was included in our stay which was very good. It had cheese, lunch meat and other vegetarian choices liked fruit and yogurt. It get us going in the morning.The location is great for arriving from the airport and is about 5-10 minutes walk. The staffs were very nice and kept the breakfast area cleaned.
