We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SwitzerlandIt was our most expensive stay in Croatia, but worth every penny.
The hotel is right in the middle of a pedestrian area. We were allowed to park the car in any of the public parking spaces and we were always able to park close to the hotel. After that, discovering the old town, going for dinner etc was all done on foot, aided by the perfect position of the hotel. We woke up every morning to a view of the harbour, a perfect way to start the day.

PolandEverything was perfect, starting with the amazing and friendly staff, the clean, spacious room with a stunning view, and ending with its convenient location. The hotel is pet-friendly, which was ideal since we were traveling with our dog. Additionally, we had the pleasure of meeting two very friendly cats during our stay. We will definitely choose this hotel again.

NetherlandsLocated right next to the Marina with view of the Marina. Can arrange all the boat excursions right outside the hotel. Immediately behind is the old town and restaurants. The air-conditioning was not pointing straight at the bed and I was able to sleep with it on without getting airway issues. We got an extra towel which came in very handy since the days were very hot. Within walking distance of different beaches, and a short drive away from plenty more beaches. Breakfast was an extravagant feast. It took very little time to get a huge platter with every kind of item we could want. The fruit was juicy and fresh and delicious. There was no dedicated parking, the hotel paid for street parking. The street parking was very busy but we got lucky to get a good space each time. Otherwise there are more spaces but a bit further away. Friendly staff. Good water pressure in the shower.

United KingdomThere was no receptionist when we arrived and we were booked in by a waiter. When was asked about good places to eat the receptionist when she did appear, she didn't mention her own hotel. I think I saw the manager watching videos on his phone several times when he was sat around? 0We had drinks on the front terrace one hot afternoon. After ordering a couple of rounds the waiter cleared our glasses and didn't ask if we wanted more. Then he disappeared and never returned. The place was very very quiet and almost felt like it had been taken over by a skeleton crew or new owners on a budget and it was just ticking by.
The location of the hotel right on the seafront by the hire trip boats and restaurants. The terrace at the front was peaceful. Breakfast was very plentiful and a good variety of options was offered.
