When whole block occupied may be a tad crowded around the swimming pool but beach less than a few mins walk away so not end of the world

The property was close walk to the bus stop, so getting to the old town was easy and the pool was fabulous to relax in after a long day of sightseeing.

This was a very comfortable holiday stay, the apartment had everything we needed and even a roof top swimming pool. It is located in what feels like an up and coming area with very easy access to the sea front. I wouldn’t hesitate to return next time I am in Zadar!

We loved everything

We arrived and were welcomed by Marta who was very friendly , and approachable , the 2 bedroom apartment was outstanding , spotlessly clean , comfy beds , great kitchen and bathrooms , couldn’t fault it at all. The pool and shared top floor ideal for a family or a group of family or friends. Marta was on hand via the app , on what’s app , and answered all questions promptly. My only concern is that when people find out about this hidden gem , we will never be able to get back as it will be fully booked . Thank Marta , see you next year for sure

No dislikes in particular but if I had to comment, there was some building work going on in the area so lots of work noises, but it can’t be helped. Pool space isn’t big enough if there is another couple/family there, but I think the pool is an extra to be honest and we were lucky to have it there!

The apartment was spacious, clean, luxurious, modern with lots of extra features, everything you needed and a number on hand for any queries. The manager came out at 11pm to meet us and showed us how to work everything and she was so lovely and couldn’t do enough to help. Gorgeous balcony space, gated parking and fitted with shutters etc so felt very safe. The perfect location to relax, a quiet area and only a 10 min drive into Zadar old town.

It is about 45 mins walk from the old town which is where there are loads of bars and restaurants. Not so many by the apartment but we felt the size and quality of the apartment made it worth it.

The apartment is wonderful perfect for 2 couples. Beds were comfortable with loads of storage in the bedrooms. Lovely standard of finish throughout. Pool and sun terrace on top floor also a table and chairs on little terrace outside apartment. Kitchenette with dishwasher and induction hub and oven. Just perfect and the staff were super helpful and quick to respond to questions before we arrived.

The building next door is currently on construction. Not very noisy currently, but not a nice sight. But this will last only a few months until finished.

Fantastic flat: very modern, comfortable, functional and well-designed. Access to a small nice pool on the first floor, a rooftop terrasse with a kitchenette including a large Smart TV (Netflix) on the second floor, plus a TV in every bedroom. Stayed with a Family of 4. Enjoyed every minute during our stay. Spectacular oldtown Zadar. Nice region with gems nearby. To explore by car. Extremely nice, efficient and helpful manager (Martha). Truly a lifesaver in a difficult situation. Martha organized a quick medical date at a privat clinic. She helped in an urgent situation, where no one else was reachable! I will always be thankful for that! Lena appartment can highly be recommended! We will return for sure someday.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Lena Luxury Apartments - it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. It was brand new, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated with a modern style. The furnishings were comfortable and functional, and all the amenities were top-notch. It was perfect, so nothing to complain about.

All great! Very clean and cozy, very nice & friendly owner and his family. The pool was great. The apartment is close to the city (by car) and you can find some great beaches, bars, shops and restaurants around this awesome place. You’ll need for sure a car if you want to safe time but for us it was perfect especially with the parking lots who are covered (shadow). All perfect and good.
