It’s right next to a bar and you can hear the loud music. Also there are two properties inside the main flat, it should be numbered. We ended up disturbing the guest in the wrong flat trying to open that.

It’s quite cozy and has all the amenities that you might need. Including a washing machine.

The window of this room is top of a pub where was a noise concert all night. We haven't had any chances open this window. Further more the air-condition did not work at all!! So, incide was about 32°

Just underneath is the bar/disco so music is loud. And from the opposite side, next to the toilet windows - Spanish bar, so it’s quite loud as well. I am glad that we stayed only for 1 night. As we are fine to sleep with some noise. Closed window was the answer to the music. So for us it was fine. But if you are sensitive to noise - I wouldn’t recommend staying.

Location is super central and you have big variety of cafes/bars/restaurants. It’s also 10 mins walk from the bus station with airport transfer. Also property is well made, everything is clean and new.

Unfortunately, it’s right beside a restaurant nightclub so the music is really loud both in the living room and in the bedroom I am a heavy sleeper, but even so it was not possible so if you have trouble is sleeping, I would not recommend staying here and even if you do not, you should consider, because the music is really loud, even with all the windows shut  Parking is not included and the closest one is bait and because of the area zone two it’s quite expensive. I potential free park is kind of further away. If you’re with a lot of luggage is not really convenient.

The apartment is really well decorated and fully equipped. You can find everything it has a fridge, freezer dishwasher oven. The kitchen appliances are also fully equipped. The decoration is cozy. The whole place is amazing.

the mirror in the bathroom is tinted and you cannot use it for makeup or anything really, a plain mirror would be much better. It would also be nice to have slightly more bench space to put things on. we had the choice of either boiling the kettle in the bathroom or unplugging the WiFi router.

The apartment is located just above the bar so at Friday and Saturday is pretty loud till 2-3 AM. Personally, didn’t mind this, but if you’d like quiet place to stay, then this is not option for you.

Location is perfect, apartment very cosy and modern. Lots of towels provided and also basic amenities (shampoo, shower gel, coffee, hairdryer…). The communication with the owner was very efficient and clear (self check-in).

The mini fridge wasn't working and the hair dryer wasn't very powerful.

The location is amazing! Right in the centre of everything and a couple minutes walk from the beach. The bed and pillows were amazingly comfy and all the decor was nice and modern.

It didn’t bother us, but there is a busy bar right outside the property with live music until 2-3am on Friday/Saturday night. Be wary if you’re staying over the weekend and hoping for an early night!

Location is good in central area but in a shady narrow Street (most of the times main door was left open from other residents!). Address given on booking.com differed from the actual address of the room (Photos are the same though)! Few lamps aren't working esp. the one in bathroom so you can practically not use the mirror in dark, i guess I read that about lamps not working in some previous reviews too. So they didn't rectify it. There is no dustbin in the room. (A very small bin is there in toilet).

Comfortable bed with spacious room. We arrived late night, self check-in was smooth and was easily done as per the instructions from the reception team. Bathroom has enough space with good shower. Everything in Zadar old town is in walkable distance from the room.

There is a kettle in the room but only tea offered, no coffee. No toiletries either except for hand soap.

Room was a good size, and a nice size bathroom. Comfortable bed and a good location. Could hear a bit of noise but nothing too bad. Let us store our luggage until check in.

The location. We really do recommend a hotelroom in the Old Town, because everything is within walking distance. But this hotelroom is located in the bar area (we didn’t know) and directly above an open bar. On Friday there was live music until 02:00. The others days until 00:00 and in the morning it started again at 08:00. Closing the windows didn’t help. We really didn’t sleep much because of it. If you are planning to party yourself: look no further, this is the room for you.

It’s a beautiful modern hotelroom with everything you need for a few days. There is more than enough storage space, which was really nice. The employees of the travel agency (for check in) were very kind.
