TV has hundreds of channels but 90% of them are in German. So the TV was almost useless for me. The shower tray leaked, so I had to put a towel on the floor every time I used it.

Probably the best feature of this property is the location. Right in the centre of the old town. Easy access from the Pile gate. I was at the very top, in a single room so it's 3 floors via a very narrow and steep stair. The room was comfy enough. Apart from the bed and toilet/shower you have a small kitchen sink with kettle and mini fridge. There's a desk, a TV and a wardrobe. Views from the room are right onto the main street in the old town. Air conditioning was a massive plus in the room as the temps outside were boiling. As the window faces the main street, it could be noisy. Wasn't a problem for me but have that in mind.

Room was facing Stradun and was centrally situated. Super close to all the main attractions and taxi services. Rooms was very cute with everything needed for a few days stay.

The room is located right near a pub so it can be quite noisy late into the night. Additionally travelling with a big suitcase might make it difficult when going up the stairs to level four on a narrow staircase.

Perfect place to stay when visiting Dubrovnik, located right in the centre of the old town. Facilities were clean and the place was comfortable to stay in. The staff were very responsive and also allowed me to leave my luggage at the office after check out time before my flight.

Check in slightly difficult as over WhatsApp with a third party so difficult to determine trustworthiness. Once ID was provided, proceeded smoothly. We stayed 3 nights, 2 were very quite, unfortunately on the third there was music and loud talking on the street below the window from midnight to 4am. Very difficult to sleep on that evening. Would still return to the apartment and recommend to others considering just one night.

Perfect location in the old town overlookinggthe main streeet. Windows & blinds so could enjoy people wstching but also closed for a quiet night. Clean & tidy. 2 floors up no lift so tricky for anyone with mobility issues. Surrounded by great research. Kettle & small fridge. Enough plug points..good shower, tv, wardrobe Room is small, bathroom compact Owner easy to contact & very helpful

Checkin procedure a bit confusing - links to check in and to provide passport details (to 3rd party) did not open. The steep stairs are rather challenging. Lucky for me I only had a heavy backpack to get up to 4th level - no suitcases.

The fridge was a little noisy but I am super sensitive to any noise so if you are like me bring earplugs.

The location was ideal, right in the centre of the old town. Staff were attentive and check in was super easy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and good value for money.

The proximity of the toilet bowl and sink makes it a bit challenging to use the toilet comfortably. Otherwise, all are good.

Lumin Guest House is centrally located in the beautiful sites of Dubrovnik. There are also various dining options nearby. Outside the gates, public buses which are walking distance to the hotel are available for exploring other parts of Dubrovnik. Also, Lumin Guest House is very responsive, helpful and provided clear instructions on accessing the guest house. The noise from nearby restaurant can be vaguely heard so there won’t be an issue in sleeping.

This location was loud at night, I travel with ear plugs and they were definitely needed. If I had needed to sleep with the windows open it would have been too loud. The room is also up about 4 flights of steep stairs. After a long day of walking a very stair heavy Dubrovnik, it was a little challenging to get up those steps.

This location was great, right in old town, close to everything. It was very clean and cute. It was comfortable and felt secure. There was everything you could need in the room. Even a TV was provided.

The property is bang in the Dubrovnik Old Town. You have the thrill of living in the centuries old property. Open your windows and you can feel the hustle and bustle of Old Town. The property was neat and clean. It had all the amenities needed. Since you are staying in the Old Town which is the heart of Dubrovnik, there are plenty of options to eat and grocery shops are just 50 meters away still no noise inside the room. The stairs are narrow but it is expected in a very old building. Inside, you have all the modern facilities. The owner sent a PDF with instructions to enter the apartment. It was really very helpful. Since it’s in the Old Town, vehicles are prohibited inside but one exit gate is very close by.

The location was fantastic. The room itself had a fantastic view 😍 and had everything you needed. The response from the owners has been flawless. If you like your nightlife and want to be in centre of things there is literally no better spot to be in. Loved every second of it
