Excellent boutique hotel in a lovely area. All the staff members were so good. Always happy to help with a smile on their faces. We had Thai massage by Emma. One of the best massages I had so far. Food was good but a little bit of variety for the dinner Menu would be good. Will definitely go back. Thank you, everyone for making our stay so enjoyable. Keep up the good work. Kind Regards

My husband had to stop the massage within a couple of minutes because the masseuse couldn’t understand English. He has a bad back and didn’t want his back touched. My earlier communication with the hotel said he could choose the massage he wanted but she didn’t understand so his 30 minutes was wasted

Breakfast was amazing, great selection, loved the sparkling wine as an option! Spring dinner was lovely although portions were quiet small. Excellent service from Kresilmir. All staff were very friendly. A shining light in a very dirty street.

The property is beautiful. Our room was spacious with completely modern facilities and anything you might need. We also used the spa and each got a 1 hour long massage which was absolutely wonderful - a lovely treat at the end of a long hectic trip! Staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The only negative is the gym, it was small and limited. The treadmill is very old and noisy...to be changed asap :)

The breakfast room was large and spacious and a wide variety of food, including sparkling wine, was offered. Whilst table service for coffee and eggs cooked to order was said to be available, the table staff often seemed distracted. A restaurant supervisor would probably rectify this issue.

The hotel was well located near the centre of Zagreb and within walking distance of the historical city. Our suite was spacious, clean and comfortable. In the bar, the service was first class. Evening meals in the restaurant were good with a prompt friendly service. At reception the service was professional, efficient, friendly and even humorous. The laundry service was first class.

It was a great stay! We enjoyed our clean and bright room. Hotel is close to the centrum. On my birthday evening we had a dinner in the hotel restaurant and ordered Chef's special menu (4 dishes) - it was very very tasty and more than enough :) A lovely surprise from the restaurant chef was our evening's "cherry on the cake". Definitely recommend this hotel.
