Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

CroatiaOnly paid public parking (6,7 euro a day) and sometimes hard to find a free spot (the parking lot accross the street had free spots after 15 h on a working day).
I really appreciate that everything was as pictured, clean, tidy, comfortable! The staff gave me instructions with images how to enter the building and apartment without ever meeting them. I came to Rijeka to have some peace of mind so this was perfect. The location is perfect. The street is a bit noisy. Shops, museums and the sea are nearby. The bed is super comfortable.

ItalyOld building with no elevator (as stated in the listing, no big deal), head shower with low water pressure (hand shower worked fine), one of the bar stools had a couple of rips in the seat. Maid arrived before checkout
The room was as expected, with a little fridge and an electric stove, a counter table and two bar stools. Window facing the street. Nice big flat screen TV with a few local channels, wifi signal was strong. The bed was comfortable (two twin beds put together)

GermanySound proofing of the room. Many times you can hear the neighbors or the operational washing machine. This made it a little tricky as I was also working from the room
the apartment is very close to the city centre and the Rijeka bus station. It makes the entire trip very convenient. The host was very helpful with tips and suggestions, too, that made the stay far more relaxing. Close by one can find a lot of eateries both fast food and good restaurants. One of the best pubs in Rijeka is right outside the apartment. It was a splendid stay, admittedly.

The apartment was very clean. We asked for earlier entrance and the owner made it possible a lot earlier than the usual time. The staff is very friendly and pleasant. We had the see view, soooo amazing! 100 points! The location is amazing. Markets, caffees, bus station are close by. Great value for the money, for sure!
